Joplin Greenhouse and the Coffee Shop

Amazing vibes, beautiful high quality plants, and delicious coffee. Big recommend.

I tried the Greenhouse Coffee Shop while staying in the area for a friend's wedding. It is fairly easy to find and attached to a greenhouse, obviously.

The atmosphere is very cute and definitely Gram-worthy with its honeycomb theme. Staff is friendly.

I ordered the "Stinger" which is an iced latte with honey. Unfortunately, it was entirely too sweet and therefore kind of hard to drink. I understand sweetness is a personal preference and I should have asked how sweet they made their lattes before ordering. The espresso itself was good, but not the smoothest. They did have some interesting drinks, such as a CBD latte, but I would definitely talk to the barista for some info before trying as there is such a variety of CBD and it's not exactly something to try on a whim.

This place is my go to when I come to Joplin for work. Their light roast is really good and the breakfast items are very good as well. Love coming here.

Very good, smooth, strong espresso. Love the flavor profiles they offer. I always ask for my coffees half sweet because I like a more European style coffee, and I loved the molasses and ginger one. The only critique I would offer is there was very little microfoam, but that might vary from barista to barista. I will take that over being over foamed any day.

My wife and I just had the best Flat White we've ever had with a little housemade ginger and molasses. I got a cortado it was awesome! Best place for custom coffee drinks we've been to in the Joplin area. We had no clue the remodeled too.

It took us a few months to come back because we did not feel like they had comfy seating or much atmosphere. They added comfy seating, the service was great, and the food was great, and the coffee was delicious. We will be back!! (Probably more than they want us to be) lol

Probably the best coffee shop to study in, baristas all make top notch drinks and are willing to make them to specification (i.e. I prefer mine less sweet, and with an extra shot) not to mention how friendly they are. I've even had the owner come around and allow me to outright get a larger size drink which wasn't already on the menu. The shop itself has a cool koi pond and it's open to the greenhouse side which is always nice to walk through. Batch brew with free refills is a huge draw but definitely try the nitro (it's not 50% foam like certain chains). Lastly if you haven't tried a breakfast puffle (giant waffle with eggs, bacon, avocado and syrup/Sriracha drizzle), you're missing out.

This is a great atmosphere and the drinks are top notch. I like the oversized mugs that they serve the drinks in if you are staying to drink and meet friends. They also have puffels, I have not tried these but have heard amazing things about them.
