A good atmosphere is hard to come by these days, but here, it's sort of a comfy throwback to the original 90's type coffee house. Very comfy, and the service is quite good/fast. Try the Marylin. It's wonderful! Oh, and free WiFi

Just love the cool coffee shop vibe, the coffee is always great. Love trying new drinks from here. The people are always nice. I love to look at the art they display for local artist.

So someone brought their pet dog in the coffee shop and oh my gosh that dog smelled absolutely horrible. I felt sick and wanted to throw up. When I asked the staff to do something about it they refused. If it was a service dog that would have been fine but there was nothing to show that it was or wasn't. The staff broke several laws. Next time I see that and I will call the cops and have you shut down for health violations.

Friendly staff, good specialty coffees. They have plenty of space and tables for each person to be able to have their own space for meetings, homework or just hanging out. Be sure to get the chocolate covered bean with your hot drink!

Top tier coffee shop in this area.
It has a Hipster College vibe and are very welcoming; so, don't feel out of place if you visit, I see all sorts of people drop in.
Their signature drinks are unmatched. They have the best selection of flavors in the entire area,. If there is something you are looking for, chances are they can make it.
Their drinks are not overly sweet as well. Unless you want it that way.
Mornings are very slow (Every time I go Mon-Fri). So don't be in a rush.
They do not have room to run an assembly line in their kitchen.
Pricing is also fair, I never feel that I am getting screwed. Plus they give you a chocolate espresso bean.

I highly recommend JACC. Imagine SB is McDonalds, and JACC is Five Guys. That may give you an idea of quality XD

I love the cute interior. The entry room is cool and cozy while the back, larger room is super warm and perfect for bands or speakers to entertain! This is the epitome of coffee shops. If you looked up "coffee shop" in the dictionary, it would show a place of Joplin Avenue Coffee Company. JAC, as it is affectionately known, has the kindest staff. They never criticize or stick their noses up in the air when newcomers are unfamiliar with coffee terminology. They have smoothies in addition to the yummy, diabetes-filled espressos we all love AND normal black cuppajoes.

Got an iced latte. Was really good! Sizes are decent for the price. Atmosphere is cute. I sat and worked in the corner and it was peaceful

We love this coffee shop. Service is always top notch and the coffee drinks are the best. The environment is exactly how a local coffee shop should be. When in Joplin only go to Starbucks if JACC is closed. Try the dirty monkey!!!
