Scooter's Coffee

Not really impressed. I've been 3 times now over the course of a year, and each time I am never impressed. The service isn't horrible, the wait wasn't to bad either. Just overall not a fan of the product/ pricing. It was just under 13 dollars for a water; with a shot of the Strawberry stuff, which tasted/ looked like they just shot a little bit of sugar free flavoring, and an ice coffee that I ordered was my the best I didn't think either. Not saying they're horrible, just thinking I'll stick to Starbucks for price, at least it tastes better for price.

The staff are rude to their fellow employees. I have pulled up in the drive thru on more than one occasion and have seen a girl crying at the window. This week when I went, a younger female employee was being verbally put down loud enough so that we could hear. I don’t know if this person is in management, but it needs to be stopped. Clearly it’s a toxic work environment.

Drive thru took way too long. Small black coffee barely warm. I stuck my finger in it and had it been hot I would not have done so. Maybe less chit-chat, etc would speed up thd drive thru? Plenty of people there so staffing availability not the issue. Poor lication.

We did it! My friend and I went through the scooter’s drive thru on scooters. It was picturesque. The staff was very friendly and totally understood the importance of a bucket list. 11/10 would recommend

Coffee is always smooth not bitter. Friendly servers, fast service.

The coffee is great and everyone is so nice and respectful. I love the coffee because it’s strong and the price for it is great. I also love my cups that I get from there!

Good fast spot to grab hot chocolate for the kiddo... Staff is always nice... Just sometimes they charge different for the same thing .. No idea why...

UPDATE: A year later and they have diffuse people but the same cheerful culture and quick service that keeps me coming back!

I love Scooters compared to the other options in Jeff City. They offer a wonderful range of flavors and can make up basically anything you could imagine if it isn't on the menu. My son loves their strawberry smoothie. I stick to the coffee myself. They have a wait if you hit their peak times like in the morning but it is nothing like the wait at Starbucks in town! When there is no wait it's so quick you feel like you never stopped. They are very conveniently located and easy to get to. Prices are fair and what you'd expect. The staff are always very friendly and my single coffee is ready when I get to the window. They have a handy app for rewards and payment as well that can be used at all their locations. Since they've come to Jeff City I won't go anywhere else for my morning coffee!

First time typing a Scooter's coffee. I was shocked at the price at first, but when getting my coffee I realized their small is bigger than Starbucks. I only got a plain latte and it was good. Glad to know one is being build closer to me.
