I got the toasted marshmallow latte. It was delicious. I'll be going back to get me another one. Nice quiet coffee shop. Relaxing atmosphere.

I love the avocado toast, plantains, lunch sandwich and people that go here. Me and my wife often go through the drive through for drinks and food. Great friendly service.

Our family loves Hollister Coffee Co! Coffee is amazing for sure, and we also love their toasts! (Dates + feta = delish!) Our youngest enjoys the smoothies. It's a fun place to meet with friends, and also easy to grab on the go.

Lattes are very good and they have a great seating area out behind the coffee shop to sit and enjoy your coffee!

Nitro coffee, cold brew, gourmet toast, protein shakes, teas, this place is no ordinary coffee shop. Very clean and comforting atmosphere. Great place for college students or anyone needing a peaceful place to get some work done.

I really wanted to like this place....Atmosphere is good but I didn't care for the coffee. I got an Iced Mocha it was watered down with too much milk for the amount of coffee. It looked like your process was off for making it. What bothered me most was the person working there. I was the only one in line and she took my order. The made my iced drink then someone else came in who must have been her friend (did not order anything) and she called another employee on the phone for the guy and then started my 2nd drink. And then took another order and finally finished my second drink...which also was not good. I went there for nitro which they were out of and they also did not have cold brew.

I absolutely love this place! Isaac and Lauren are fantastic and so are their drinks! I am hooked on the PB &J shakeout. It's a great meal replacement.

I love this place! It's quiet, cozy, and the service is always great. They have a nice selection of coffee and tea and a variety of pastries.

Very slow service. Not very friendly or helpful. I asked for water and was handed a cup. If I hadn't been there before I wouldn't have known to go to the cooler and get it myself out of the nearly empty pitcher. Shake was decent.
