Pretty amazing place. Tons of awesome decor. Cleanest men’s room in the retail game imo.

They have so much stuff, it's a little overwhelming at first. But overall it's a really nice place. They have pretty much everything. Everything from bedding and rugs to outdoor items like wind chimes and patio sets to fake plants.

Did another of Christmas shopping there and spent upwards of 3hrs there and found everything I needed and then some!

This is a great store for nick-nacks, furniture, holiday decorations, patio furniture, and frames. The prices are great and the quality is decent. Similar to a Home Goods, but better deals with a slight decrease in quality. The store has ample parking and usually pretty clean aisles. The layout and organization makes sense for the store. The holiday section is normally in the front of the store to the right. My main complaint about this place is that they never have enough people working. It is hard to find an associate out on the floor and I have seen a max of 2-3 cashiers at one time.

Went there to find a 6' silk plant. They had a decent selection, best ive seen around, so all was good

My first time in At Home and I've found my new favorite store! I haven't had a chance to look through the whole place so I need to go back when I have lots of time.

Worst return policy. I returned a Christmas item with a receipt because my item didn't work. I purchased it less then 30 days and was told I could only return it for 50% off. I will never shop with this company again. I was screwed out of $15 because of this. Only a printed piece of paper at the register stating your policy.

Ordered online for store pickup. Received an email stating my order was ready for pickup and I could either go in store or utilize the curbside pickup option. I chose to use the curbside pickup. I followed the instructions in the email and sent my text at 12:12 p.m. with my last name, order number and color and make of my vehicle. I waited 23 minutes in my car with no one bringing my order out. At that point I called the store and chose option 5 to speak with a store associate. I got sent to voicemail. Beyond livid, I went into the store to the in store pickup desk and the associate working tried to not acknowledge me. I interrupted her when she tried to help a customer waiting in line and told her I had been waiting in my car for over 20 minutes and still haven’t received my order. She asked for my order number and said someone will have my order out. No apology for my extremely long wait. I then waited a little over 10 more minutes in the store to have two small patio seat cushions brought to me, and they weren’t even in a bag. I walked out at 12:42 p.m. Neither store associate apologized my slightly over 30 minute wait to pick up an online order. I will not be purchasing from this location again. A simple apology would have been wonderful and this review wouldn’t be here. It’s basic customer service skills.

Good selection of nick nacks, accessories, art, and seasonal stuff. Huge warehouse setup-It's necessary to search around as there is a lot of what I think is junk; to each his or her own though. A more judicious approach is to say that there is something at this store for everyone. The store is well organized.

I love this store for everything it offers. I have rarely been disappointed. If it's not in stock, don't blame them. Blame COVID, blame governors for shutting places down, & California's backed up unloading and loading docks, blame hoarders...
