Awesome customer service! My order didn’t go through properly and the employees did great at explaining what happened, how to fix it, and made me an awesome drink! The workers were so kind and I loveeee the blended vanilla chai latte! I bet it would taste even better with a shot of espresso so I’ll have to give that I try next time because I will definitely be going back!

Always friendly and smiling. Love their coffee 10x more than Starbucks.

I order an americano but unfortunately it was very watered down and not flavorful

We went there yesterday and the berry smoothie was very watered down, could barely taste the berries and had chunks of ice in it. $14 bucks for two drinks is too pricy for me. Wanted to try it but was disappointed to say the least.

Scooters is okay. Not the best but not the worst. I highly recommend signing up for the rewards program. We have so many choices within a mile or two of Scooters that I personally tend to go elsewhere unless I need to use up a coupon or reward. They were great at making a cooler hot chocolate for my toddler. The lattes are okay, I tend to order them with half the amount of syrup because they are super sweet.

They have the best coffee and our server was an absolute delight.
