Tried their special for the day--a cheese burger salad. Was a little skeptical about the dill pickles in the salad, but had to admit it was delicious. Thought I could always eat around them, but I didn't! 😀 Never disappointed with this place.

Interesting decor, FRIENDLY staff, good food! Very clean. We were there around 10 AM & it was not busy. From previous visits, I've learned it is crowd packed for lunch! (Shows is it a great place to eat) Open 'til 3 PM.

What can I say they are Wonderful! Their food is GREAT! So attentave just a pleasure to go there.

Wonderful place with great food. We went first first for breakfast, then had to go back for their homemade cheese cake!! So so good.

Enjoyed this downtown cafe. We both had sandwiches and salads. Everything was very fresh and tasty. They also sell various spices, jellies and preserves. We walked out with a coffee cup that celebrated their restaurant and Chillicothe's notoriety as being the home of sliced bread! The decor of the restaurant is eclectic, complete with signed music and art memorabilia. The bathroom even has character! Eat there! -JR

We stopped in for lunch on our way through town and saw the cafe had 5 stars, so decided to stop. What a great place! Service was fantastic and friendly. The food was great with nice sized portions. Coffee was great and the...desserts! We had 3 different desserts between us and all of them were out of this world. This might be the highlight of our vacation for our 2 boys, lol!

Ordered 2 hours in advance of my lunch break, set it up to be delivered when my lunch break started didn't get it till my lunch break ended. By the time I got to eat my $12 sandwich the bun was very soggy. I've always loved this place but I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

I just ordered lunch with my daughter. We both received our meals, even though my order was incorrect, I ate it anyway assuming another fella just received my order. 20 minutes later, Boji brought me back our correct order on the house. Extremely kind & Thoughtful. All of the food was superb. I recommend THE TONY if you’re looking for a coffee type fix!

Love having lunch here. The kitchen is small, so don’t be in a rush. Plenty of books to read while you wait. They take to-go orders for those on lunch break. Always great food and coffee.

I went for the first time today. I don't live in Chillicothe but I am there 3 or 4 times a month. I have heard good things about this place. Cute enough with a dozen or so tables. First, I had to get someone's attention to get a menu to place a carry out order, then it took 1/2 hour to get that sandwich made. A Ruben sandwich. Not a tough thing to make. I had told them to forget it and give me my money back when they said it was ready. I should have taken my money back. First bite was disgusting. They use canned corned beef! I didn't know they still made canned corned beef. How could I tell? The first sign was that it had the consistency of canned dog food. The second tell was that it was three rectangle slices. You know, like Spam. With the weird gelatinous goo still in the corner. Anything they make must be suspect from this point. So gross.
