Shetler's Cafe

This cafe use to be very good they had a great buffet and salad bar and desert bar me and my family use to eat here several times a week and they had great service. Not anymore they no longer have the buffet or servers serving you its self serve you have to order at the counter what a shame and they're small tv menu on the wall was a small fraction of what they use to serve. They have completely lost our families loyalty.

So bummed about the new menu & renovations. This was our go-to place to eat and the buffet was amazing. Lunch menu was all fried food, like an overpriced McDonald's. The new decor even looks like McDonald's it totally lost its amish charm. Very upsetting probably won't be going back

The best place I’ve ever worked at!! Nice people to work with and fun making food for people! The managers are very nice and reasonable and care about our wellbeing. I just know I’ll never find a place like shetlers again. Also, literally everything we cook is homemade, so it’s impossible to not make myself lunch everyday.

We had lunch today for the first time since the remodel. Didn't mind so much about the smaller menu but the cashier behind the counter was really rude when we asked her questions.
We ordered the special and it came out everything was lukewarm and kind of bland it was a disappointment I can't see it's going back which is a shame because we used to go at least twice or three times a month.

They changed their menu. Not many items on it. Salad bar is $9. Even if you buy a $10 meal and want to add one trip salad bar on it, $9 for that one trip to the salad bar. BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT DO SALAD BAR AS A “ONE TRIP” ADD ON, AND REQUIRE YOU PAY THE ALL YOU CAN EAT PRICE EVEN THOUGH YOU ONLY WANT ONE SMALL PLATE OF SALAD. The only way they have any vegetables as a side is if it happens to be the vegetable with the special that day. So they’re making eat healthy there impossible unless you are ready to pay $15+

Incredible food! Bbq burger is amazing. Good prices great atmosphere.

My husband stopped for lunch on a road trip. We always try for something local. I had the BLT. Wonderful. Thick lightly toasted home baked bread, thick slices of bacon and tomatoes. Husband had a burger also on home baked bun.
Our server was not friendly and all the decor was Christain based. A little off putting

I normally don't go to diners but came here with my Dad. It's more family style and the food is good. The fish has always been moist and the side dishes are always good too. I like that the salad bar has fresh veggies with a good selection. Nice friendly atmosphere too.

Food was very good. Ate there twice this week.

The employees were nice, although the waitress never came back over to check on drinks. The salad bar was well stocked with a large variety and the hot bar had several different meats on it. The cobbler they served for dessert was cold. That was a bummer.
