Sweet Susie's Frozen Treats

A wonderful hidden gem in the Branson area! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful beginning at the door, as a staff member greeted my party and explained some basic information, such as how the frozen yogurt would be priced at the end!

Those with allergens are very welcomed here! Non-dairy options are available, and all flavors available in the store list the allergens they contain front and center on the machines. Additionally, there is an extremely wide variety of flavours themselves, and especially toppings- don't forget to ask for whipped cream!

Overall, my party and I had a wonderful experience at Sweet Suzie's and would gladly go back next time we're in the area!

Great little place. Good fro-yo with many many toppings. Self serve. Priced by weight (which I'm not a fan of) so can get expensive. Locally owned. Super clean with friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

These were the nicest people i’ve encountered in a long time. as soon as me and my boyfriend walked in they asked if we had been in before and we said no so they showed us where everything was located and asked if there was anything specific we were wanting and i told them i was looking for dairy free and he showed me all the dairy free flavors. then when we checked out the person checking us out was so nice and asked us about our days and they were just the friendliest staff ever

The owner and everyone working here were so kind and committed to quality service. The woman behind the scoopable toppings was meticulously picking out pieces that had fallen into other toppings containers in order to maintain perfect order. I've never seen such a thing. Beautiful people providing great service. Also, to mention the actual product, I had the vanilla custard and it was fantastic.

This is a great family owned business who does customer service right. Every guest is greeted when entering and sincerely thanked when leaving. Susie's family and their amazing custard makes the trip well worth it.

The frozen yogurt was very good. They have a great variety, with many options for those with dietary restriction. The people who work there are very friendly and kind. The atmosphere is much more welcoming and comfortable than other fro-yo places I've been to. Several members of my family have dietary restrictions, and we like to support local businesses. So we were thrilled to find this place.

We walked in and were greeted with smiles and great service. I really pay attention to cleanliness, and I was really impressed.The tables, chairs, floors, front door glass, ice cream area and topping area were SO clean. These employees are really on top of it! And this must be a happy work environment bc everyone was so nice and polite.

If you want a place where it feels like home and you can sit and enjoy a desert.. Sweet Susie’s is where you want to be. The staff and owners are amazing and welcoming. There are so many combinations to choose from and they are amazing. Definitely a place we will visit again next time we are in town.

If you want to go broke this is the place for you, way overpriced for frozen yogurt. $22.79 for a small cup with not that much in it. We went to orange leaf in Springfield last night and got 2 med cups filled with everything for $ 10.89. not by the once as this place is. Save yourself the sticker shock of there overpriced stuff and not the friendliest staff. Beware beware beware go somewhere else for a good treat.
