Coffee was yummy but staff was snarky. They made me the wrong drink and got mad when I asked them to remake it. Literally said "we know you ordered iced but we made frozen so can you just take it?" They started trying to argue with me about my lactose intolerance, and how the barista has a dairy allergy and can't have the Carmel sauce that I ordered for my drink. I don't have an allergy I have an intolerance, and they straight up argued with me about what I can and cannot handle. I get they were trying to be transparent about the dairy in their product but they didn't have to be so rude about it. It's also NONE of their business what my intolerance does to my body. I told them I couldn't handle the dairy powder in the frozen drink and to please just give me the iced mocha I had ordered and paid for. I didn't ask to be reemed about my stomach issues in front of a room full of people. They were trying to gaslight me saying they can't eat cheese so they don't understand how I can have the Carmel sauce...when it's my body, my personal intolerance that's different from their allergy, and none of their business anyway? I just wanted the drink I ordered... It was so embarrassing and uncomfortable we didn't even go see the cats, I just wanted to get out of there. Which was so sad because we went there for the cats.

We stopped by as a way to unwind. I ordered a smoothie and my husband ordered a coffee. We purchased 30 minutes of time with the cats. The cats are very friendly and come right up to you for attention or play. The staff is friendly and the artwork is beautiful. If you like cats or have anyone in your group who enjoys cats, take them here!
The owner's young daughter loves to introduce you to the cats and give you background information about all of the cats.

Came upon this place as the wife demanded coffee in the A.M.
Spent some time with the kitties as our little ones love cats, I bought some stuff knowing the proceeds go to the upkeep of the building and the care of the cats, I just wish I could have donated more, such a caring business and I wish more people would know about this place. Will definitely be stopping by the next time we come rolling through!
Please support local business!

Great atmosphere and the staff loved the cats, and it shows because all the cats were very well taken care of. A great place to see some cats and grab a drink!

Interacting with the cats is very much fun and the coffees were good. The lacking star is only due to an iced chai tea latte that didn't live up to the flavors I'm used to.

Great concept! Would love to go back! COFFEE IS AMAZING. I'm very picky about my coffee but it was 10/10! And very friendly staff!

Do NOT go for the boba tea! Not like any other. Like drinking lukewarm water with the exploding boba at the bottom. Just bad. I didnt ask for my money back just to support the cats. I was disappointed that I would have to pay $5 for 15 minutes in with the cats. The $5 water "boba tea" should have covered that.

Everything was great except the Boba was not as flavorful as most places. I would visit again because I liked the experience and the drink was not the main focus for me. I would not go just for the drinks though.

Good luck getting a cat from there. The staff seems more concerned with berating patrons than providing cats new homes. They are profiting from kittens as a gimmick, but seem to find every excuse they can to deny adoptions. It's pretty cruel if you ask me.
