Came here with my boyfriend having no familiarity with the cafe. The atmosphere was positive and upbeat. The service was fast and the food was hot! We were only passing through on a long trip home. Good stop along highway 70!

Not a lot of places to eat or stay on I 70 going west through Kansas but managed to find this diner. Good food and plenty of it. Very reasonable prices. Paid $1.35 for a large glass of milk. Servers were very friendly and service was quick. I will be eating here again in the future.

Good place to get classic Midwest comfort food. I had the chicken fried steak, my cousin had the club sandwich. Both were excellent and the service was great. Highly recommend it. Note that smoking is allowed in the restaurant, so if you have issue with that then this is not the place for you.

I have heard lots of good reviews on this cafe so i decided to try it. My first impression was unfortunate because was didn't get very good service, but after noticing how busy the waitress was i wasn't so upset. I ordered the special and wasn't very impressed with it. It seemed to lack taste like seasoning was not added but the others with me had no issues with there food. I will be returning and seeing how service and food is on another day. I would still recommend this place for a good home-style meal even though i didn't have the service i believe this place normally gives.

The food is great! I love their breakfast. The waitresses are always pleasant, even when they are super busy. My son always asks if he can get a tea to go because he loves their tea so much.

My wife and I had the catfish dinner and the country fried steak. Both were very good. They are battered in house and fried perfectly. The staff was nice and service was excellent. My only complaint is that smoking is permitted inside the building. I have recently quit smoking i didn't care to leave wreaking of cigarette smoke.
