Derailed Coffee Bar & Cafe

derailed has the BEST flavored iced lattes!! i’ve tried every coffee shop in Columbia over this past year, and none compare to derailed. they’re just THAT good, definitely worth more than 5 stars. all of the food is made from scratch and is delicious!!

I'm not a coffee drinker, but my wife is, and she loves this place. The outside appearance of Derailed Coffe is cool looking and definitely "outside of the box thinking" and looks great. Glad to see a small town local business in this town, instead of a big franchise store. Keep up the good work Derailed Coffee.

Absolutely love this coffee shop! The food is always phenomenal and the coffee is crafted with precision. The option to sit indoor or outdoor is great!

We came for breakfast and lunch on the same day. Service was great, and so was the food! We got the breakfast burrito, quiches, the kids yogurt bowl, and a smoothie for breakfast. Everything was made fresh, with simple, quality ingredients. We told the owner we'd be back for lunch. She told us she occasionally closes early if noone is coming in at lunchtime, but she stayed open to wait for us. How awesome! It is a quaint little eatery right off the Katy Trail with fun little activities for the kids. We haven't gotten our lunch yet, but so far, this has been a great experience.

What a unique place! They have done an amazing job refurbishing this building that is situated right next to the Katy Trail. The breakfast burritos are homemade and delicious. I don't drink coffee, but the tea is fresh brewed and hits the spot.

Bacon quiche was not cooked all the way, the blueberry muffins were dryer then the Sahara dessert. Coffee tasted like dirt with a pinch of syrup in it waste of money and time

My husband and I stopped in and an older woman was there. I believe she was the owner. We gave our orders and she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about because we didn't say it exactly what the menu did. We were wearing our masks because my husband is a doctor in a covid19 unit, and that was an obvious issue. There were other customers in who she was very nice and personable too, however to us it was the biggest KAREN energy ever. The coffee was not worth the rude attitude, and effort it took not to ask if she was having a bad day. If you want customers to come back be polite, and if you want to start your morning off right definitely don't come here.

Was our first time eating here and was delicious, staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

The Belle Starr Greens salad is the best salad I’ve ever had! The cranberries, the blue cheese, and the house made peach vinaigrette is truly an experience! I’m such a fan! And the paninis were devine! (*My only regret is that I didn’t start eating at this gem sooner*) It’s a must try! So lucky to have this quirky cafe in the place I call home :)

Best Chai Tea Latte in Boonville! Love stopping by on my way back home from college, and not to mention the pastries! Delicious!
