Strange Brew Coffeehouse Tupelo

Love this place! I live about 25 miles away now, so I always make a point to stop in for my Strange Brew fix when I come to Tupelo.

I had never been to this place. I go by it every day and kept thinking, one day. Over the weekend a guy I was riding around on Bikes with suggested we go there. I was happy, very good coffee. Surprised because I am a loyal Starbucks. Now I will be visiting Strange Brew more often.

This adorable coffeehouse is just what I needed. I am the type of person that gets worried if there is too much blood in my caffeine system. They were 3 miles from my hotel, opened very early Saturday and Sunday mornings, and always cheery. The coffee is wonderful. They have a full page of lattes, soy and almond milk available. You are still going to spend the same amount of money as you at Starsmukes but you are supporting local businesses. Don't forget to pick up a baked good. I am so glad I found Strange Brew. This coffee lover was most satisfied!

I haven't been back for some time now because my experience was mediocre. The girl who took my drink order didn't seem to very knowledgeable nor did she really seem to want to be. Maybe she was having a bad day but even the drink itself was not very good. I never hear many people talk about this coffeeshop in particular anymore. Honestly, I don't really know if I'll be back. I live super close by but even that doesn't make me want to go there. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Met up with a friend to chat over coffee. It was our first time there, and the perfect time with no drive through line or wait inside. We went inside and there were 2 customers eating and no line. We walked to the counter to view the pastries and no one said hello, good evening, offered help or suggestions etc. There were at least six workers standing at the counter not doing anything, and no one offered to help us or said anything. My friend and I just looked at each other with a blank stare, and I told her “let’s go to Starbucks”. We left, so much for customer service/hospitality.

A wonderful host to some lovely local brewed coffee. We enjoyed our beverages greatly and even bought a sample size bag of beans.

Strange brew is very good. I reccomend the sea turtle or Darth mocha. They are both very good. It was a little bit slow, but that is because they make it very good and rich.
The flavors explode in your mouth. I definitely recommend this, you should try it. It is a little bit pricey, but assuredly worth it.

There were so many drink options provided I can’t remember what I had but it was awesome! They had bakery items too that my nephew munched on, I’m so glad I was able to enjoy this spot it was pretty crowded at night and I can see why they’re so popular. They have a cute little gift shop to purchase merch like mugs, shirts, etc
