An actual speciality coffee shop! Hard to find quality coffee shops that offer a naturally processed Ethiopian and an iced pour over option! This is not just not a mom and pop coffee shop nor a Starbucks imitator. If you're stuck on highway 45 like we were, this is the best thing around for a couple hundred miles! Highly recommended!

I cannot stress this enough. GO TO L+F AS FAST AS YOU CAN! New fall menu dropped just before my 1st visit. I had the Peach Cobbler Latte and the Brown Sugar + Orange and OH MY GOD...I've found heaven! I couldn't decide which was the best.

Coffee was fantastic and employees were as nice as can be. Took time to ask about our coffee likes and dislikes to ensure we got the best cup of coffee possible. Staff also took time to explain events like live music that happen at the shop. A bit pricey before you get your coffee but as soon as you take the first sip, it's well worth spending a tad extra on.

This place was a breath of fresh air for me as an ex coffee professional and a Dad on the road with his wife and twin 1 year old girls. En route from Kansas City, MO to Orange Beach AL, we had scouted L+F through Instagram at our stop in Memphis.
I could tell through their social media that the L+F crew has fun at work.
We were greeted by Collin, when we walked into the shop and there was something different about his friendliness. I hate to say it, but I am used to coffee shops back home that make me feel as though I am an inconvenience to their day. This was not so at L+F. Collin and his staff were super friendly.
The coffee was great, we had house shots in our Cortado and Cappuccino. Looking forward to the time that they get a roasting program together.
I was supremely bummed to see that our return trip did not pass back through Tupelo. I hope to return someday and spend some more time there.
