Personally, I ordered the "jumbo" biscuits and gravy with a side of eggs...the biscuits were far from "jumbo" and not worth the $ Also it was cold. And I never got my eggs.
The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 1 is because our waitress was super nice and understanding. And my husband enjoyed his meal- unfortunately he doesn't remember what he ordered and I can't find a menu online (something with fried chicken....)

I was visiting my girlfriend from Georgia and we heard this was a good place to eat breakfast. Upon entering it was vibrant, very welcoming, and fun. But the service was different. She was distanced, seemed very lethargic, very out of it. I watched my chicken and waffles sit under a heat lamp for about 8 minutes. And when I got it the waffle was stale, chicken tenders dry as bone, and my girlfriends toast was stale as well. The grits were okay. A bit watered down but good. I’m sure they have other options that are good I just don’t recommend the chicken and waffles or any of their bread choices.

Look like a new fancy, cool breakfast place but not. The Service was good but contrary to the cool name an new nice looking building, the food was more like a CK kitchen (or truck stop dinner) we expected more than your run of the mill pancakes, biscuits eggs bacon and grits etc. Although they did offer cheese grits and shrimp and grits. I ordered 3 eggs over medium and received 2 of them with runny whites. :( I didn't want to complain so I didn't mention it to them but do kinda feed bad now.

I was googling places for my children and I to have breakfast. I came across The Breakfast Club Starkville. I decided on them because they had something that could accommodate my family. I’m allergic to beef and pork, and one of my daughters is vegan.
I was pleased with the food and the service. The price is reasonable. Natalie was our waitress. She was very sweet and attentive.
I highly recommend anyone in the Starkville area to check them out.

My young-adult daughter and I dined in on Monday around 10 am. She ordered the French toast with hashbrown casserole, and I had the Power Egg
White omelette with cheese grits. My omelette was huge, the grits were delicious, and the coffee was some of the best I've ever drank
Regretfully, I was not pleased with the portion for the price of my daughter's meal. She's somewhat of a picky eater and didn't like the hashbrown casserole, so we swapped sides. Although the flavor was good, the casserole was under cooked and cold.
Gabby was our server, and she was absolutely wonderful offering just the perfect amount of politeness and attentiveness.
I think the prices and menu options need tweaking in order to earn more than three stars.

I got a to go lunch, paid $12.00 for a baked chicken breast, a scoop of green beans and okra. When I tasted the nasty looking chicken breast it tasted bad. So I didn’t eat the chicken. Nasty food, and scary when it’s tastes like the meat went bad.

Cramped parking area, hard seats, a/c not working, overly salty turnip greens. Service adequate. Good entrees (fish and shrimp).

Ordered the omelet. It comes with ham, cheese, bacon and sausage. I don't eat toast so I asked for slices of tomato. I'll start with those as I was served one small slice of tomato with an excuse that they were out...really. the omelet was highly unusual in that it was slightly scorched on the outside, but was otherwise tasty. I ordered coffee. It arrived in a tiny and light weight cup. Enjoying my morning coffee in a mug is a great pleasure of life that I was denied. The waitstaff are young and immature. One was apparently singing over the sound system upon my arrival. Fun is fine, but take care of your responsibilities professionally, first. Overall, this is the worst of the breakfast places in town.

It took 30 minutes to get our order after we ordered it. The salad was ok. My fish was good. My fries were cold. My hush puppies were the size of marbles and hard on the outside rubbery on the inside. The cornbread muffin was missing a piece and tasted like it came out of a box. We had a couple came in after we placed our order and they were half way done eating before we got ours. The young lady that waited on us was very young and seem like very little experience but see did very well. I guess it must be a curse in this building because when it was Cappes the food and the service were awful. If we go back it will be to try breakfast. If we go back. So sad

This was my first time eating there and I was not impressed with my food. The atmosphere was good, service was fast and waiter was good. The menu was a bit odd though, I ordered a shrimp quesadilla, and had the option of two sides. What I didn't care for was the sides options; cream potatoes, fried okra, french fries?? I don't like those items with a quesadilla. My order was correct and the portions we good though. I will go back to try something else off the menu.
