Einstein Bros. Bagels

With their spicy chicken sandwich and all nighter sandwiches, Einstein Brothers at MSU have upped their game majorly. They have a wide range of bagels and Frappuccinos available on their menu. Their hazelnut coffee is something really good that sets them apart from Starbucks. The only thing I hope is that their muffins and pastries were a little less sweet. Other than that, it provides a great snack/lunch option in the library.

One inside the library has a problem if it’s kind. The timings are unpredictable and most of time
Does not match with the Google. They change it according to the campus crowd and season. Also it’s a small place and not many workers work. So, mostly in morning / lunch time be ready to wait in a queue. Also, their staffs do a bunch of mistakes with the orders ( as they do not write the names, often they confuses with other person’s order )

rude as hell and will just stare at you when you ask a question. bagel was pretty good though

Do not care about allergies or modifications. They will ignore what you want and just make it however they want.

On multiple trips they have been out of ingredients or the necessary items to make a sandwich. Today at 1:50pm, they could only make 1 sand which still missing options but charging me the entire price. If you're open until 2, the full menu should be available until 2. I have gone at noon and they've had low inventory. They get one star bc the employees are pleasant and quick. Business management is failing here.

Everyone is super friendly. Lines/wait time is a pain, but it's on a college campus so you can't expect anything else. The blueberry muffins are to die for and worth your wait.

They constantly either have something broken down or have run out of utensils. How am I supposed to drink a frozen drink without a straw? Good food and drink just bad service and poor preparation skills.

The bagels here aren’t too bad, but the line gets pretty long at times. It would be nice if there was a way to buy a coffee cup without having to stand in line for 10 minutes.

Espresso is bad, chai is bad, bagels are good

Great food at great prices with a nice feel to it. Service wasn't the best when I went there at night but the place itself is a worthwhile quality for cost.
