Old dry donuts. The manager actually handed us the donuts so he knew they were old and cold. The employee that was in training acted as if she could not open her mouth to talk. The manager barely spoke a word himself. Very poor customer service and they are lazy.

I walked up to the door at 7:40 and the employee locked the door. They close at 8 pm. She finally open the door because I stood there looking at them.

Very disappointed with this Krispy Kreme location. The staff was friendly, but the reason we go there is for the donuts. We purchased 3 cream filled donuts and one custard filled donut. All four donuts had one small bite of filling inside. Hopefully it was just this location and just an anomaly compared to other locations.

Customer service was great, especially when they gave suggestions. When we couldn't decide what we wanted. Hated the slush type drink machine was down, because I really wanted to try it, but the donuts are always on point!

Rude staff. I heard the young lady with the green hair saying something about my wife as we were leaving. You gave us the wrong donut and my wife just mentioned you gave us the wrong donut in a polite manner because we both work in customer service and we know how challenging that can be, but don’t get mad at us for your mistake. We could barely hear what you said anyway but we remained patient. But the last part of the interaction left a lasting impression and it did not leave a great impression
