Service was great and the I wish I could remember the guys name and the girl that checked us out,but she made my grandkids day when gave them a Krispy Kreme hat, they loved their donuts and our take homes. Thanks as always great service with a smile and good donuts!

Employees just told my husband that there would not be any glazed donuts available until 4:30pm. He was told "the sign is set to come on at 4:30, so we're not firing anything up until 4:15." This was at 4:00pm today, on a Saturday. We were told we could just come back in 30 minutes. We brought our daughter to the zoo and then wanted to get doughnuts before going home (60 miles away). Our one outing while she is on Spring Break and both places were disappointments. š

I understand rushes, promotions, and running out of items. I do not understand running out of items that are manufactured by machine, in-house. I do not understand the poor planning for "promotional" days at this location. Perhaps employees should be directed to "make donuts as necessary" instead of being allowed to wait on the "hot sign" schedule. Perhaps some customers that arrive are not aware of Krispy Kreme promotional days, or are not interested in whatever sale is taking place. Perhaps some of your customers just want FRIENDLY service and a dozen glazed doughnuts. š¤ Instead, we were rudely and very directly told to "come back in 30 minutes" and start our wait all over again. Are you, as the owner, really ok with your employees turning customers away???
Perhaps you should train them to tell your customers that more doughnuts are being prepared and have them kindly ask your customers to wait for a few minutes (WHILE DOUGHNUTS ARE PREPARED) for the freshest of doughnuts! Perhaps you should care more about how your business is operating than about offering polite excuses online. š¤·

Kindness is everywhere! Staff, customers, atmosphere. You can watch the donut making process through glass windows from the lobby. Reasonable prices, great donuts. A fun family outing.

Only giving 3 stars because of recent service. For some reason, the espresso machine has been down for at least a month. I've gone here 3 different times (with 2 visits a month apart) and have requested a latte only to have been told that "the espresso machine is down". The service and the donuts have been great. I'm just wondering what is taking so long to fix the expresso machine. This isn't McDonalds.

Just got my dozen, almost everything was wrong with my order. I asked for 2 pink sprinkled donuts. I got 2 chocolate sprinkled donuts. I asked for 4 chocolate glazed donuts, they were chocolate iced glazed. The only thing they got right were the 6 regular glazed donuts but they were ice cold and I had spent like 10 minutes at the window waiting for the order.

Disappointed to even have to leave one star, this location doesn't deserve any. This location has the RUDEST employees that work for Krispy Kreme. I have never been consistently insulted at a restaurant before. It is not a customer's fault, nor should a CUSTOMER have to explain to an employee how to use the company's application. Every time we go up there, someone has an attitude and there is ALWAYS an issue with their app. It's better to just spend a few extra minutes and drive to Shipley's across town. Better yet, make a trip to the coast and visit Dunkin Donuts. I try to treat everyone I come into contact with, with respect and courtesy so I expect the same, especially when I pay for a service. I understand that everyone can have their days, but it is EVERY SINGLE TIME at this location. If you are that unhappy with your job, please, go work somewhere that does not require customer interaction. And I am posting a negative review, because my negative experience goes as far up the chain as it can because you can't tell me that if they're that rude constantly, that it hasn't been brought to someone's attention before and nothing is being done about it. We have to constantly repeat our order each time, and usually still end up with the wrong product, like today. We repeated our order 3 times, and it's still wrong. Sad thing is, it wasn't a complicated order. We wanted One Assorted Dozen - 6 Original Glazed & 6 Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles. I try to be understanding, but there comes a point where it's just plain sorry.

Terrible, terrible experience! I waited 30 min in the drive thru line (with only 3 cars in front of me, mind you) to finally order at the box. Another 15 minutes went by before I finally got to the window. The order called back to me was completely not what I ordered so I decided to say ānevermind, you guys take 40 minutes to do a simple task so Iāll passā. I was replied to with āmaāam, we donāt care.ā I donāt understand how 3 workers can be standing at the register around the window with maybe 4 customers inside still be this slow. Save your money and go to Shipleyās where the service is QUICK, efficient, and nice. shame on me for waiting that long for nothing I guess , but more shame on this KK for refusing to move through the drive thru efficiently.
