My mother and grandmother love this place, I think they are ok and that Mary Lee's are better, but that's most likely because I hadn't tried any flavor but Bavarian creme and glazed when I went last year. Bavarian is my ma and grandma's favorite kind of donut, but they have eaten many more kinds than I have.

Came in ordered a cinnamon twist for myself , apple fritter for husband and strawberry frosted chocolate for the tiny human, milk and reg milk. It was decent. Milk was gross. And after an hour of I was burping the glaze. Not good. Fast and friendly service though.

Every time I visit Greenville Mississippi I stop and get some Shirley's they are the best.

Best donuts in the Mississippi Delta! Crispy Creme donuts can't compare to freshly made Shipley's. A Mississippi tradition at it's finest! Check out their multiple locations that hopefully are still left and you will be amazed! Please support these little known gems. I remember the smells & donuts samples they gave me as a kid. I'm 59 years young! Relatives from all over the country come home & guess what? They ALL can't wait to get a dozen of plain Shipley's donuts. These are Old Traditional paper textured donuts - not the heavy cake batter donut types. Get em & enjoy👍😀

Wonderful, Best donuts in this area. Every time I visit Greenville, Mississippi I got to go by Shirley's. Wish they had one in Greenwood.

Shipley's has a reputation for having the best doughnuts... Ever. People I know who have moved hundreds of miles from Mississippi come to visit and one of the first places they want to visit is Shipley's. Very good doughnuts, reasonable prices, wait is usually short. Sadly it's closed on Sundays.

Does not taste the same anymore. I traveled from phoenix arizona, bragging to my husband how Shipleys has the best doughnuts. We arrived early but not early enough to catch the doughnuts fresh and I was very disappointed. The doughnuts did not taste as great a they use to. I'm not from Greenville but I have family there so i've visited all of my life. I can remember throughout the years, leaving Greenville with boxes of doughnuts..... not this visit. I'll be ok to never return again. Such a let down

Anytime I come to town I must make a stop here!!! My 2 dozen of fresh donuts 🍩were hot out the oven, these donuts 🍩literally melt in your mouth. 😋

I swear if you dont stop here for some donuts you'll regret it. This place is a must stop while I'm in Greenville. The donuts are so wonderful. The sausage kolaches and the apple fritter are so amazing. The people here are warm and welcoming too.
