Super-fast and super-friendly service with super-yummy breakfast and lunch menu offerings! Very kid-friendly. Their signature hot roast beef sandwich is definitely worth a try.

Was disappointed. Waited quite awhile for our order of half hot roast beef sandwich and mashed potatoes and gravy. One of the daily specials was the hot roast beef sandwich so I thought it would be readily available. However all the tables that were seated after us received their order before us. It was tasty but the potatoes were not mashed, but a scoop of boiled potatoes.

Nice, friendly staff, delicious food. Dad and I had the special, beer battered fish and mashed potatoes and vegetables. Mom had a hamburger and vegetables. We loved it!! We've eaten there a lot over the years.

The food was pretty good, but the portions sucked for the money, and to charge $ 3.00 for a glass of chocolate milk ( 12oz glass ) that's fricken ridiculous. Won't be recommending this place to anyone. Had to come home and eat a real supper after stopping here.

Very comfortable atmosphere. It is a great place to meet someone for a while. This is a very friendly establishment. I stop in occasionally to have coffee and a bite of pie. The pies are well prepared and come as a sufficient size. The staff is friendly and generally characterized by bring prompt and quick to service.

Burger was good and big. I did get a double so that did add to it. Pies look really good and beef dinner with mashed and gravy where great. Nice and clean cafe with really good service. I think Obama was here at some point.

All five people at our table had fried cod. We ALL said it was some of the BEST if not the best we'd ever eaten. The crust was thin and crispy 👌 The others had the salad bar and said it appears small but has some good salad. The others had all-you-can-eat, so the focus was on the cod🙂 Sorry WI, but this rivals any of the many fish fries I've eaten in your state😉. We also had an excellent server. She checked on us several timesand had a smile on her face. Oh, I almost forgot. We we only a few steps out the door when she came out with my purse!! She was a gem.(Written by Mary)

I look forward to eating here every time I go home. Everything is delicious. Breakfast is good. Lunch and dinner is also great. The pie is amazing. I love their popovers too.

Good budget friendly breakfast 🥞

We love to check out small town diners and were excited to try this one. Unfortunately we were very disappointed here.
Taco salad is supposed to be seasoned...right? Well the salad I got was just chopped up (and burned) hamburger-not even salted!
It was served with sour cream and hot sauce packets.. no salsa either. Had to grab another waitress to get me some (ours didn’t come to check on us until my husband was half way thru his tiny, burnt hamburger.
Husband ordered a side salad and got about 1 cup of shredded iceberg with a sliver of a radish and another sliver of carrot. He got a little packet of breadsticks.
They were out of lemonade -had to get pop.
This place is a joke. We went here because it had good ratings. I can’t imagine where those ratings came from.
And No, we didn’t complain because this is obviously just the way they make their food...badly.
