I'm a local Zimmerman resident. On Dec. 26th, at 12:10 PM, I went to get propane filled. Was told by a 50+ year old man it was too cold. He said signs were posted on the propane station. I parked next to it, there were no signs. So I went to Hardware Hank, down the street. Not only did they fill both my tanks, but a college age girl helped me. She was very knowledgeable about the store, and of my questions about my propane tanks. The temperature, as reported by Google, was 7°F. If you live in Zimmerman, don't bother going to Holiday for propane. Hardware Hank is much better!
The company will treat you like your a slave. They could care less about you or anyone else that isn't money. Also these people are watering their grass just after a heavy rain. So they don't care about the environment obviously. Not to mention they have a box for every peice of food they put out, and they just throw away all the "bad" food, they don't let employees eat it. They would rather throw away perfectly good food and let someone starve.
Their lack of responsibility caused me to lose a vehicle. They continued to ignore problems with their tank that holds all of the gas, for a long time it was being diluted with water. Went to a different gas station and starting using their gas, all my vehicles run smoothly now. Do not go to holiday.
Holiday Station stores are probably my favorite gas station go to. Usually every one has a dedicated ethanol-free nozzle 4 small engines and recreational vehicles. Very important to me because I run chainsaw all day long. I also love their coffee I can make it however I want it. And usually the staff is very friendly and professional. Kudos to Holiday!
I couldn't help but notice that there was only a Holiday station on one side of the highway. There is a Speedway across the street and I can't help but to think of what the world would be like if there were a Holiday Station serving both sides of the road. I love Holiday but this is unacceptable. They must put more effort in the act of becoming availible to one and all. They mustn't put up with this kind of behavior coming from the Speedways of the world.
One thing I noticed is that they have some breakfast sandwiches which are good for a quick bite when you are on the road. Really helps when one is hungry and driving. This Holiday also has other things as well which it sells to passing north-going folks (RIP south-goers, you will be missed forever).
I've never written a bad review before, but this one got to me. I came in with my rig to get diesel quickly, as this station is on the right side of the road for me. One if the employees (a short blonde girl/gray car) parked her car in front of the diesel pumps & I was stuck for nearly a half hour with hungry horses, being that I was in no position to get out. It'd be one thing if it was a customer-I'm very used to that- but this girl was wearing her uniform. Once the other pumps cleared enough for me to weave my way out, I left & brought my business elsewhere because there is no way to turn around a horse trailer of that size to access the pumps on the opposite side of this girl's car.
Great service, staff treat you like their only customer and are very personable. Store is always clean including the bathrooms. Management is quick to address any issues customers have.
Good customer service, I had a good experience purchasing a few items from a cashier called Payton. She was a delight to deal with, I will definitely come back soon
