Very cute little diner right off the highway. The menu is simple American food and chicken and biscuits was delicious. If you are passing through/visiting the area I highly recommend.

This place has a big sign boasting of honestyle cooking. Two of my grandchildren ordered Mac and cheese. It looked like it came out of a box, sure enough I asked the waitress it was Kraft Mac and cheese. I don't know what they serve in their home, as for my own home this junk I'd never served.

Super busy with the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum visitors (of which I was one). Food was great and service was as fast as it could have been with the crowd. It would be nice if they took a credit card.

One of the best cafes!!! The chicken biscuits and gravy are delicious!!! All the pies and cookies are homemade and awesome!! Great service, with some amazing people! I loved it there!!

This little diner on the prairie has personality to be sure. better than that is the fact that it's for the best prices in the area. I also think they had the best resteraunt pies in the region. Wonderful pies! Our bugers were made fresh to order and we're very good as well.

Nothing fancy but you can't go to the Little House Museum without having lunch...right?
Owner is absolutely delightful.

Small menu but good diner food. Our server took great care of us and kept out coffee full. The French toast was great. Fun stop on our road trip out west. Cash only.

Great place to eat some good dinosaur rex burgers with sauerkrat and salami . I was part of the first expedition to go recover dinosaur it was a long journey and we lost many men but in the end we made it

We drove through three towns trying to find a place to eat on a Saturday afternoon and found Nellie's on the suggestion of someone we stopped to ask. Everything is very inexpensive and the food is good for what you pay. The staff was friendly and they seemed like real wholesome people.

It was okay. The theme was on the wall and the name. That was about as far as anything fun went. The food was nothing I could ever crave. They don't accept credit cards so if you're not prepared, you'll have to go user the ATM across the street and take a fee on top of your okay lunch.
