Went to this holiday this morning and the heavy set red haired old lady behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with at a Holiday gas station.. I stop at the holiday on hwy 10 everyday and the service there is amazing and the manager Lori runs a fantastic store. It’s these kind of people who make the world a bad place. I will let all my friends and family know to stay away from this holiday station due to the rudeness of the heavy set red haired old lady behind the counter. The women obviously hates her job and herself and feels better when she can take it out on the rest of the world. How sad for her.
Trash holiday no hot dog buns and they gave me cold ones, asked the store manager the lady and she just shrugged her shoulders like I don't know, "they may be thawing them but I don't know".. Seriously?! Garbage and horrible. My 4 year old can run this place better. Christ.
If you don't mind waiting about 10 minutes for the restroom (so employees can do their makeup and take care of some calls), or being kicked out of the store for saying something about it, then this is the stop for you! There was a nice girl working the counter when I paid for my purchases, Kawana I think her name was? She deserves better co-workers.
I walked up to the cashier Terri, who started off the encounter by asking if I've got gas outside, to which I politely replied no, I don't. She then rudely says "of course you don't, how many PowerBalls do you want?"
I don't give a rip how busy you are. Treat people with some decency no matter what they're there to purchase.
This morning I just want to wash my car before work .Kisha is a KEEPER ❤❤❤❤ I run a store and she helped me with the car wash !! It was not working ,but Kisha helped me out .... Love this amazing person . ❤❤❤ Thank you
The car wash scratched up my vehicle. I filed a complaint. They send me a letter informing me they won't take responsibility for the damages. As an insult they send me a coupon for a free wash! There's so many other places to get a wash don't choose this place
Incredibly rude cashier's and managers. I love the Sip and Save option holiday has this summer, but it's poorly laid out in their system. Every holiday I have gone to just deals with it and we get the price adjusted. The cashier at this holiday literally walked away from her register while helping me and made someone else take over because of the promotion. I have coupons from signing up for holiday mobile texts and they never have the items for it. While I was in the store I watched someone steal from a pack of cigarettes.
I Love holiday coffee and donuts, but this store just so incredibly rude to their customers I don't want to even stop anymore.
I was in the store today 5/24/21 shopping and buying gas. i over heard the store manager yelling at his employees about someone being injured on the job and he treated them horribly. is this really what working at a holiday gas station is like? someone gets injured and the employees treated horribly? i will remember to never apply nor have anyone i know apply to the company. especially at this location. That was highly uncalled for and unprofessional of the manager to degrade and treat his employees the way he did. the poor girl was in a splint and looked like she was in a lot of pain.
I was extremely upset after going through their car wash. I have an epileptic disorder from a TBI accident, and I typed my code into the wash and ALL of the lights to drive in, and place my truck in park were like strobe lights. Flashing very very fast, and I couldn't even look at them, my passenger had to tell me when to stop and park. There was no sign, no warning whatsoever that I was entering at my own risk. During the wash the giant washer spinners that go over and along side your car caught onto my windshield wipers, pulled them up, and snapped them completely off. Broken. Once the wash was done the flashing lights came on telling me to pull forward, I exited my jeep to find my wipers, to find out they were in fact broken. And I dropped from a minor seizure. My passenger peeled me off of the wet floor in 27 degree weather on a January night and put me in the passenger seat and drove the truck to the front. The holiday clerk told him that not only could they replace my wipers that were snapped off, but they didn't even carry windshield wipers. The clerk told us that we shouldn't have left the wipers up during the wash, but the fact was that they weren't up at any time at all. I came to soaking wet and without wipers to my truck. Horrible horrible experience. That was not a "touch free" car wash like it said, and there should have been some warning about the lights. Anything. Businesses do not have any consideration for people who have light sensitivity as it is, and this i feel could have been avoided with a simple warning.

Rude cashiers loudly yelling at each other about how much they hate their job & how they don't care if they let go. Very unprofessional
I just popped in for coffee/gas and literally none of the coffees were even fresh. Tasted like theyd been simmering since early that morning.
