Caribou Coffee

We were given cold sandwiches, the egg was frozen not cold ...partially frozen.I am not a person that excites easily but the lady at the window ignored me to get a manager who was was seriously disturbed then proceeded to insinuate that was a liar because she admitted that she STUCK HER FINGER IN THE SANDWICH. I asked for a refund on the sandwiches and left without saying anything..I cannot believe people are allowed to serve food to the public like this

I feel so bad that I forgot this Batista's name but she was so funny and sweet! She made such an amazing hot matcha latte, and was so kind to not onot me but the other customers! I cant wait to come back to this one!

Drinks are always very good! But it seems like they kept forgetting about the front counter orders. :(
