I dislike leaving a negative review, but unfortunately feel like one is warranted. When we arrived, instead of being politely welcomed, the person working there immediately asked our vaccine status. She did this while helping another customer. When we replied, she immediately pointed to our young daughter and said, "What about her?". To be asked this and treated this way in front of other customers is extremely inappropriate and rude. Instead of choosing to humiliate their customers, they could just make masks a requirement. As an American, I value my medical privacy rights and will no longer be supporting this business.

Excellent eggs, bacon, and homemade bread. Cute and clean tables and chairs. Friendly and kind servers. Great place!

Very friendly owners. Good coffee, folks really like the pastries and cookies, I enjoy the food. Fun place, lots of stuff to look at and/buy, they games for adults, toys for kids. My friends and I enjoy visiting here. Only gave 4 stars because they run out of pastries and cookies to quickly.

Beautiful quilt shop with great coffee!

Made a special side trip to stop here. Best home-made soup daily - fantastic on cool fall day. Unique place - often quilting occurring in back area. Friendly service; never feel rushed; owner visited across counter (we were at a table). Very homey.

This coffee shop is much loved in our small community. It is a central location for quilters and crafts, with many little groups meeting there. What I come here for is the delicious coffee and a good chat with delightful owners 'Java Jim' and 'Java Jan'. You could not wish to meet two nicer proprietors of a business. They serve our community well, employing local people much of the time. Their food selection is very good, with a small menu that is very well done. Their range of coffees and teas are available to drink in or sold as bean/ground or loose leaf to take away to make at home. The best coffee stop for many miles around.

What a lovely find on a long road trip! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the coffee is wonderful. Staff are fantastic and so many beautiful fabrics and gifts. Definitely a repeat stop for me.

The place was cute and the owner very nice… but the drinks were terrible. The chai we got literally tasted like puke and my coffee tasted old and burned.

The Eagles Nest coffee shop lies off the main street of Wabasha but is definitely worth a visit. The welcome from 'Java' Jim and 'Java' Jan is one of the best in town. The coffees are probably the best in South-east Minnesota, if not the whole state. A wide selection of beans and roasts will suit all tastes. Food is available from light snacks to sandwiches and salads. Cookies and cakes make for a yummy treat too.
Sit down and enjoy a coffee and a friendly chat with the owners.

We recently stayed in Wabasha, Minnesota on vacation and found this great little cafe on the way out of town. The coffee, sandwiches and soup we're delicious and they even have gluten free bread. There is also an ice cream counter for dessert. The owners were so friendly. I definitely will return when in Wabasha and highly recommend this little gem
