I can not get enough of Dylan and his new shop, I use to go see him when he worked for a different shop! Now that he is a mile from my home it’s even better! Dylan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to these products and has a real passion for whipping up yummy shakes/teas that are not only amazing for you but they really feed your soul too! I always leave his place feeling better than I did before. He has come really far and I can’t wait to see where he goes with Flat Iron Nutrition under his ownership! 10/10 recommended ✨

This place has the best, uplifting atmosphere! Dylan does an amazing job at making shakes and making everyone feel welcome! He is friendly and outgoing and always in a good mood! Come here if you’re feeling down and need a little pick me up or if you’re just in the mood for some awesome healthy tasting meal replacement shakes and energizing tea! I love the shake shops in town but Flat Iron is hands down my FAVORITE! I’m more of a citrus girl over sweets and the owner Dylan, makes the best Lava shakes ever that I haven’t seen anywhere else. If you are looking for someone to guide you into a healthy lifestyle, hands down Dylan is your guy. Even after my challenge has been long done, he still checks in with me often and is always open to give me nutrition advice. I’ve definitely gained a friend as a bonus! Don’t think about checking it out.. RUN!

I love flat Iron! The shakes and teas are so amazing. Dylan the owner is always so welcoming when you come in. So many different flavors to try. Definitely the best shake place in saint cloud:)

This is my new favorite Herbalife shake shop. I love the flavors here especially the Ras-Bismarck which is on the sweet side🤤 Dylan is very creative with his business and is a nice person! Not to mention the shop is a vibe, there’s art, a vintage interior and exterior, and a comfy and welcoming environment. Come to Flat Iron Nutrition, you won’t regret it!💛

Dylan makes the best tasting shakes I can't even tell they are actually good for me.

Also I have been able to lose over 20lbs from having a shake every day for lunch rather than going to restaurants or not eating healthy during the work week.

Not gonna lie.. I love this place since the first day I went in! they have so many options to choose from, the variety of flavors they have, always have what I want! and the teas give me so much energy for the day, the place is so aesthetically pleasing too, they always have decorations and cute display and just so relaxing I love it, I always get greeted so kindly and end up leaving in such an uplifted mood!! Love it everytime I stop by! Great vibes overall and great drinks, i bring my little sister with me and she’s loves it too!! definitely will keep coming back here!!!

I ordered a tea while my boyfriend ordered a shake, both were absolutely delicious. Dylan is also very welcoming and helped me choose a flavor, as they all sounded amazing. Highly recommend!
