I was at the 2423 location. There was two gals working, I asked the older woman if they had scones.. She looked up from her paperwork rolled her eyes pointed at the menu board and very RUDELY said that everything they had was on the board and walked away..I asked the nice young lady who the general manager was and she said it was the rude woman and called her over.. I turned to walk out and the manager (in a very abrasive tone) exclaimed that I need to exit the store from the other door.. now (I understand that we have covid rules) but I was the only person in the shop..Without a doubt the worst service I have experienced.. I dont like being treated like a child!! Starbucks here I come!!

Been coming here since I moved here January, 2014. I love this Caribou coffee in Rosemount,Mn. They took to us right away and we of course reciprocated that genuine feeling of acceptance to the neighborhood. I would recommend this store to anyone, so if you are in the area drop in. They also have an outdoor seating area.

Great store. In fact the best place for coffee in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Makes you order correctly the first time, or fixes the problem instantly. Check them out. You won't be disappointed

Picked up a homeless person here this week because cashier and barista let him in the store. I was glad to help wish more people did. But it's dangerous too. And puts customers in bad positions. Be careful!!

Came in for a cappuccino and the place was extremely busy. It took nearly 10 minutes to get my cappuccino then I left with no interactions with any other guests. However I did notice that I was the only Caucasian customer and also the only customer who they said anything to about not wearing a mask (I'm medically exempt due to lung issues), but I wasn't the only one NOT wearing a mask. None of the Somali men in the store were wearing them.

I've gone here a few times to visit my wife on her lunch break while I happen to be at Saint Cloud State University. Every time the coffee tastes fresh and as good as one would expect from caribou coffee! Also I've ordered food and it tastes great (the breakfast sandwiches are hot and really tasty for the price and for the calorie count!). Most importantly for a chain location like this though is the staff here is always super friendly and helpful, they always have a smile on and are will help you out with any requests. Really can't recommend this location enough.

Very relaxing place to sit and read while have a your favorite coffee house beverage. My favorite at this time is a London Fog and they do a good job at creating one for me. I love the Caribou point system and have received many free beverages.

This is a smaller Caribou, but I've never had to wait long for drinks to be made. It's cozy and has a really nice fireplace with large comfy chairs around it. It's a great reading spot and in a convenient location with a lot of parking.
