Capital One Café

Capital one is all lies they say you get a bonus for opening an account put you dont. I called and they said i never applied for a bonus thought it was automatic. I never had to apply anywhere else ot just shows up bit not capital one.

Really bad customer service. I always try to be friendly but the baristas seem to be quick to irritate and very unfriendly. Never want to remake a drink if they've made it wrong and give back a lot of attitude and make you feel absolutely terrible about it! I love the coffee here but because I have had so many unpleasant experiences with the staff I have simply chosen to discontinue visiting this location. its bummer. :/

Staff are fast and helpful, that makes for a quick pit stop for whatever I need really easy! Plus the coffee if great and fast to get also, while being half off if you have a Capital One card when you purchase anything at their Pete's coffee!

A warm friendly,invitingatmosphere, a open Airy, well-lit space, full friendly helpful people. I had wrongly assumed it would be a phony caffeine Cafe like facade. However I was very pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and personable the staff where. Stop on in and you will likely see me there.

Great food. I've been here only a handful of times and everything I've had was super delicious. Potein, nachos, and thai lettuce wraps are really good. Drink selection was high quality as well.
Negative part was halving to wait so long to get our check.
Overall a good choice for a date night. Not really for kids.

This is my favorite Coffee shop in St. Cloud. They have a fun atmosphere with tons of space to study or have meetings. The coffee is better and cheaper coffee than Starbucks. They are also great to bank with.

but they do. tried to call about a charge with in minutes that I did not make on one of my cards "sorry, we're closed"

I went into the Capital One in St Cloud mn to inquire about purchasing one of their financial products. When I asked any questions about the products I received these answers: "I'm not 100% sure", "it depends", #possibly", etc... It seemed like she didn't have acoue as to what she was selling and I believe she would have rather continued to chat with her co-workers than help. I can't remember her name but I would suggest just skipping Capital One.

resonable price with good coffee flavors. If you are SCSU students, they give you free coffee every wednesday with student ID.

Horrible they took my direct deposit, came up with a so called legal reason I couldn't get my money right away, making me late on my rent and possibly making us homeless. Poor customer service and talked too fast and too quiet blowing me off.
