Caribou Coffee

This Caribou is always convenient and the service is fast. Drinks are what you expect from Caribou, it's a average cup of coffee.

Fruit flies in the bakery case, ran out of dark roast beans at 11am, eg they couldnt make anymore. I tried the light roast- it was nasty. Poorly managed, staff more interested chatting with each other than working. Definitely will be avoiding this location in the future.

Update: i found myself in the same area and i decided to give them another chance. Lo and behold they were out of dark roast. But this time, the friendly fellow behind the counter made us a fresh batch! Great service - clearly it was just a case of poor service earlier.

I have never seen the caribou coffee staff like here.i really love caribou coffee and almost store i stopped by so nice, make wonderfull drink.and i just moved to Egan erea for working,and there is a store near my work, and...today is so awful day, i order my favorite drink, Vanilla cream-pop cooler, but the lady make so bad taste and give just a little cream on top instead full cup like normal,just like she give me for free not getting pay from me, i ask she give me more and she look at me a second and add on and give back without a word, is that how they service or cause i bother them? At the same time they made for my friend Green tea sparkly , bad taste also.when i ask the receipt ,the cashier tried to take the bottom (the promotion part) quickly before give back to me???? I knew Some ladys worked here very nice, friendly, made drink really good.maybe today is not my day, i feel so bad :D

Caribou far exceeds the big national chain! I swear the espresso shots are twice the size of that national chain and I believe they cost less! I just wish one was a little closer to my house, the closest 2 are about 15 min away, guess that's standard for suburban living though

I came in with my daughter who is 3 for a breakfast date, I had two drinks, two plates, and my purse in hand. Not a single person helped to a table, even though there were 5 employees sitting there doing nothing, including the manager who was the closest one to help. Then I go up to ask for water because my daughter had asked me for some and no one turns to me, they all still sitting there doing nothing, tell the rude manger finally says Hi....... and then when the nice girl gets it for me, an employee named Michael makes fun of me asking for water, in front of me! The poor girl helping me looking horrified that he would do that.

I love the Buu I prefer it over Starbucks but I have had multiple insidents here before, never said anything, and now I’m ticked. I might have never written this post but the blatant disrespect for others by mocking them because my child wanted water?! I will be calling corporate when I leave today and I will make sure this staff is dealt with.

I really like caribou, but lately the service here stinks. They are really slow, and the last 3 times I have gone they have messed up my order or forgot it all together. I hope it is just this store. The staff is friendly and the food and drinks are great. This store seems to be very poorly managed however.

The two girls working the bar and register tonight were on thier phones, ignoring customers, giggling and talking with one another and didn’t greet anyone walking in the door. My husband and I stood at the register around 6:30 looking to order coffees and were not helped or acknowledged at all, eventually we just grabbed a table as we were meeting someone and left without coffees. Really unprofessional.

Can't go wrong with Caribou. Always friendly service. Delicious gourmet coffee. And now my daughter loves the new addition of their bubble tea.

Awesome Customer Service! I was helped by Matt and he made my Caribou experience Amazing. Great knowledge of the drinks and products! Would definitely come back!

No honey for tea. A location in Edina at least had honey packets (I understand not having a bottle with the pandemic, but why not packets?). Won't be coming back.
