Burger King

So every time I have tried to order from Burger King, they always mess up the order when it even shows on the receipt what I had ordered exactly. If someone is ordering a PLAIN cheeseburger that means DONT PUT ONIONS ON IT. I have work with food services before and I know when to double check the order before finishing the order for the customer.

Waiting 15 minutes in drive thru no one in front of me nothing i repeatedly said “hello” as soon as I drive off I can see 3 people inside with headsets on laughing n joking around so explain to me why is it still same management there

Don’t waste your time. Sometimes open sometimes not during normal business hours. Completely incapable of running two drive throughs when open. Don’t expect them to get your order right.

Drove a half hour just for some bk. Spent that much time waiting in the drive thru alone before the order was taken. Every burger was made wrong to our specific wants. The crispy chicken was burnt and tasted of old grease. I won't be back. Time to up my standards so up yours!

This location had a very rough start with inconsistent food temperatures and quality, but they seem to have finally found their footing. The last few times I've eaten here I've had nothing to complain about.

I've gotten FOOD POISONiNG from this place twice already and when I finally decided to give it a another chance at the drive-thru they helped the 3 people that pulled up after me in the second lane IGNORING me when I tried to order. Speaker did work! They used it to tell me they had only 2 staff but proceeded to take the other peoples orders.. I just left, waste of my time. Will not be going here ever again. *ZERO STARS*

Delicious food, good prices. They have a couple of issues going when it comes to new employees, but are really good at fixing the mild mistakes made, example would be, forgetting napkins and toys for kids meals. But with a call or approaching the counter, it's a easy fix. Obviously it's to do with new employees not knowing as of yet.

The customer service is very good. The only issue I have with them is the long wait time! I know we are all dealing with covid at this point. A lot of people are not going to work. So, they seem like they are short staffed. The whopper patties are always cold. I think that’s weird also.
