Sweet House Bakery

This place just shows only good decorations of cakes without good quality of service. They don’t provide right information about their products before purchase, just want to sell them. They don’t even have any containers for their product so i had to bring a cake without a lid. Still asked tips and without any proper customer service regarding this terrible quality of service. I won’t go back to this place and recommend to my friends.

Best pastry shop in Rochester, MN. Scones, croissants, donuts, and cakes are perfection! And you will love their smiles when you enter.

I am SO happy they opened up. Great bakery good prices, c'est only im taking away a star because the water is really over priced like 4$.
Last time I went, c'est for the first year anniversary, I was I was told it was buy one get one and I ended up being charged for both.

I wanted to love this place, I really really did. And I wanted to even more after meeting the kind, helpful and patient employees working the cash register and restocking the window. They were so awesome and friendly. We got a number of items to try here, and I am just at a loss as to what was missing but nothing had the sweet taste you'd expect from a bakery. Nothing was bad by any means, but aside from the doughnuts everything just had a surprising lack of flavor. If I didn't know better, I'd almost think I had COVID when I ate the stuff. Super strange, my wife and I both couldn't figure out what the deal was. We tried a cinnamon roll, one of the pecan caramel things, a few doughnuts which WERE really good, and then we tried a few other things I can't remember now what they were. I wish this bakery the best though, heaven knows we need comfort food and guilty pleasures after a day in the hospital room.

I ordered a 2 tier unicorn cake. What I got was a layered cake. Not tier… layered. The cake was so dry you coughed everytime you took a bite. Now don’t get me wrong the design was cute it just wasn’t what I ordered or what the picture looked like. Frosting tasted amazing not really sure on what happened with the cake part.. pretty upsetting considering this bakery has high ratings.

We were very happy with our wedding cake that Sweet House Bakery made. It was a snickerdoodle cake with snickerdoodle buttercream and apple filling. It was delicious! I wish we would have had air conditioning at the venue because it did get a bit soft but it was still incredible. Very affordable too. It looked and tasted like a cake that would have easily cost twice as much.

The Sweet House Bakery staff are phenomenal! Both Jenyce and Tierynee were wonderful to work with for our wedding needs. They were prompt with communication and we could not be happier with the tasty donuts and cake. Would recommend to anyone with bakery needs!

The most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen! I am beyond happy and amazed with how realistic and beautiful the design of these cakes turned out. Was absolutely perfect, ahead of schedule, and Extremely reasonable. Thank you for making this bother extra special!

We came here to get some birthday doughnuts for my daughter. They made her feel so special and lit a candle in one of the doughnuts for her. Great sweet rolls and chocolate croissants too!! We will be back!
