Caribou Coffee

Normally I wouldn’t review a coffee shop that’s a nation wide chain but this particular store was great. It was crazy busy but staff were on top of it. Young lady recommended food that was GF & Keto. Definitely a great addition to a really good cup of coffee. I’ll probably return here again before I leave Rochester. 👍🏼

Very consistent on my coffee which you do not get all the time at other places

It's a coffee shop; and I'm a tea drinker, so not the best judge of their business. Although, they do have good blended chai here! It's good to have a popular chain coffee shop, (other than Starbucks) so handy to Mayo Clinic, without having to go outside. Plus, they're right across from Cinnabon & Auntie Anne's!

The drinks are always good at Caribou, and the service is always just as wonderful. But this store was just too loud. Not only for myself and my wife but the couple that sat next to us. We sat in the back by a door that leads to a back room and employees went in and out and the door slammed each time like the loud slamming of a hotel room door. Then there was a counter that they went into in the seating area, and guess what...that one slammed too! Please put some weather stripping or bumpers on the jam of the back door and cabinet, and your guests will enjoy their experience as much as the service and product.

I think this is the best place for coffee and breakfast. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

I'm from Indiana and this was the worst mocha frappachino I've ever had.

The woman serving coffee was so incredibly rude! A sweet elderly lady couldn’t hear her order because she had a hearing aid and the woman snapped at her, embarrassing her. The older lady turned to me and said “I have difficulty hearing” and pointed to her hearing aid. Then I asked the status of my coffee (because I had received my sandwich five minutes earlier) and she snapped at me as well with the meanest look on her face. Such a horrible attitude - and the first rude person I have encountered in Rochester.
