Wisteria Twig Cafe & Tea Room

Great little cafe! The cake was delicious and the staff was very warm and inviting. I definitely will be going back.

The ambiance the moment you open the door & see all of the individual place settings, unmatched to another, but absolutely perfect is one of the myriad of reasons to visit the Wisteria Twig Cafe & Tea Room.

Once seated by the lovely hostess (and owner) you cannot help but look around at the quaint & ornately decorated walls, tables, curios & even higher toward the ceilings. You feel so comfortable there & that's how it's supposed to feel.

The selection of the different tea options is at first a tad overwhelming. Trying something new might not be what's expected & immediately you'll be served with something more suitable to your palate.

As you peruse the menu, your stomach informs you another decision must be made, and soon. After eating there just once, but accompanying me is my Marmie, who has been thrice, we both agree & recommend anything from the menu which whets your appetite. I would try anything my here at least once.

This particular trip I enjoyed the Avacado Ranch salad & Marmie the Curried Egg Salad sandwich. Both were scrumptious! It seems curry is what has been missing from every egg salad recipe I've ever tasted. I only wish my avacado would have been a tad more ripe, but the salad was plentiful & the different flavors blended well with each bite.

We agreed to leave room for dessert & enjoyed the delectable Lemon Cake! Oh my! It was so moist & fluffy with just the right amount of lemony frosting to complement it. One more cup of tea is definitely recommended.

I will absolutely dine here again!

My husband surprised me with afternoon high tea here and we absolutely loved it. We each tried a different tea (black currant and Bombay chai) and they were delicious. The food was also incredible: fruit and yogurt, scones with Devonshire cream, a variety of tea sandwiches on homemade bread, and wonderful cakes (the chocolate ganache was especially good). The atmosphere and tea settings were adorable and we had a little chat with the personable owner. Definitely recommend!

This place needs to be on a must visit of tea rooms in the Midwest and the the #1 tea place in Minnesota. The owner and staff are some of the most wonderful people you can imagine. The tea is always brewed to perfection and there is not a single food item I can say was not good to exceptional. I sadly have never made any of their tea events but from other customers descriptions are amazing.

Just love you the atmosphere, the tea the food and wonderful staff.

Wisteria Twig Cafe is a very quaint little cafe that serves delicious food and many varieties of tea. Service was fantastic,and our waitress was very knowledgeable in her recommendations.of the menu and tea choices. We will be going back again!

This place was fun, took me a moment to realize it was themed to be more of an english tea cerimony type place. Once my brain registered that its decor was no longer shocking and was actually very cool. They understood celiac and cross contamination issues and were great for my gluten free needs. Gluten free bread was great.

We had a reservation with a group 12 for lunch. There was a fairly substantial wait for food... somewhat understandable, but then one member of group was not served until 20 minutes later while tables around were also served their food. Extremely awkward. No explanation given or any acknowledgement made. Most of the food ordered was decently portioned, though noticeable differences in size of similar sandwiches. Some attention to detail and customer service wouldn't go amiss. It will be some time before I considered going back.

High Afternoon Tea at Wisteria is Wonderful experience! We loved the unique hand blended tea's created by "Fat Lady Tea Company". They are bursting with flavor. Try Caribbean Splash consisting of Papaya, Mango, Orange and Lemon Peel, Orange Blossoms. You can purchase her teas as well. You get 4 tastey tea sandwich made with 4 different types of bread. You will want to savor the flavor. High Tea is the perfect gift for a birthday or celebration. The atmosphere takes you back in time, cosy and quant. Friendly 10 star service.
