Coffee was decent. Experience was really odd...went in to order and the young man working went on a rant about how management sucked so they were out of muffins already and he could do a better job. It was really awkward so we took our coffee to go.

Awesome little coffee shop! Went there for my first time today and had never heard of it. Glad I did! Great coffee! Daughter had a smoothing and loved it. Man working there was so nice and welcoming. Definitely will be going back soon!

First time trying this place, I went on Sunday morning (normal time for people to want coffee)... found that they were closed....fine.
Today, at 12:30 on a Tuesday, I was excited to try it and I sat at the menu screen in the drive thru for 4 or 5 minutes...nothing. (there was a customer already at the window so I figured they were busy)...after the person left... still nothing. So I figured maybe you order at the window? So I waited at the window for 3 or 4 minutes....nothing.
I have worked at Caribou for 3 years, but I support small businesses and that's why I wanted to try this place.
Now I'm thinking "At least Caribou is reliable."
I dont know if I'll try again.

I went through the drive thru yesterday, The guy serving forgot what I had ordered 3 times, charged me for a large because that is what I ordered, they gave me a small. When I let the gentleman know, he said "sorry my brain was in auto mode, but come back and let me know how the coffee was" very unprofessional to charge a customer for more then you give them and basically say who cares have a good day. I would not recommend this coffee place

Coffee was yummy (I got a blendes caramel frappe). Apple cider tasted like regular apple juice. Blueberry muffin was very good. Normal coffee shop prices. The drive-through intercom wasn't working because of the rain so I went inside. The lady inside said to go to the window if happened again.

Finally decided to check this place out and what a major disappointment!!! The man working the counter was not following mask mandate of having one on( personal choice is fine but when working following the Mandate should NOT be an option) so we decided to take our business else where. Thanked him and left. After getting to my car I found that man had followed me to MY car and asked why we didn’t order. Told him it was because he wasn’t wearing a mask. His reply was he tested negative so he didn’t have to wear one. My response was it’s a mandate not a choice. He then called my wife and I sheep for wearing them. Had he not done this we probably would have gone back, but because he followed us to our car and harassed us we will NEVER go back and will be spreading the word about how they treat people. Shame on this business!!! If I could give a negative rating i would! I would like to add seen the owners comment states they were not trying to harass then why would they call names? I’m well aware of our numbers when it comes to covid but try to follow the mandate in place. I also would not attack another if they choose to not where one. That is why we left. But to be followed and called names??? Again shame on you as a business. If that man was the owner maybe being in business isn’t for him. I will be spreading the word on how we were treated by this establishment!!!!

We happened to be in town to visit a friend and saw this place as we drove through town. We were just back and decided to stop by the drive-thru. We didn't realize they were closed (10 min past) until we saw the hours AFTER the barista took our order with just attention and kindness. Great coffee, just how we wanted it and awesome service. Thank you!

Possibly the best coffee I've ever had, Cindy is always friendly service with a smile kinda gal, good prices for great coffee. If you haven't checked this place out it's a for sure must!

Stumbled upon this fabulous coffee spot With a 16 mile bike from Forest Lake to North branch on a quest to fine great cup of coffee.
At Higher Grounds coffee I received just that and a warm welcome!

This cute little coffee shop will leave you walking out the doors in a good mood! The coffee is amazing, the staff are so nice, and the inside is so cutesy and homey. My friend said for me to not go to this shop, but I am so glad I walked in the doors! Recommended 100%!
