Speeding and friendly service. I love supporting the shoppes at Midtown Market as much as I can!

Mapps was my absolute favorite coffee shop when I was in school on the West Bank at the University of Minnesota. The owners are lovely and the drinks are fantastic! Glad to see Mapps had life at the Midtown Global Market!

Came here for a gluten free muffin, but was given a regular muffin. When I came back to let them know about the mistake, they told me I had to pay the extra. I said, 'I'm so lucky I've been here before and knew the GF muffins come wrapped in plastic or I could have been very sick." The employee responded, "Well, you would have tasted the blueberries." Guess what!?! They do not label the GF with any flavor, so there would have been no other way to know.
Extremely insensitive, no apology given, and wanted me to pay the difference. Quite unacceptable!

Wonderful little coffee shop inside Global Market. I’ve been enjoying this coffee shop for almost 15 years. No only is the coffee very good, the owners and their staff are always pleasant.

If you wanna support a racist owner go to Mapps. Extremely disrespectful I was a frequent customer being as I work in the same building went there everyday until said incident. I went there for a smoothie and pastry when picking my pastry I was still deciding the owner took it upon herself to yell “Just like you people if you don’t know what you want im not going to help you “ I then responded by that’s fine I’ll take my business elsewhere which I did I walked around to La LOmas and ordered as I waited for my food I was approached by 2 security guards because the owner decided to call them on me and tell them I was being “rude and threatening” and I should apologize which I absolutely refuse. After sharing my experience with several of my other friends and co workers of color it seems they’ve had similar experiences so before going to Mapps I’d think twice!!!

Best Ethiopian and Tanzanian coffee in town. Price good and very fresh. True coffee you can't find anywhere.

I stopped there for coffee this morning. Glad I did. The dark roast coffee hit the spot on a snowy day. It truly is pleasurable to "stop and smell the coffee" I'll be heading back to buy some beans.

Super nice people and great coffee too. Take advantage of their gift card special and save ten bucks. I often use them for holiday gifts.

Not friendly service, I was charged for a medium even tho I ordered a small, the drink was awful. Caked in cinnamon and completely undrinkable. Would highly recommend skipping this coffee shop.

I love this café. It is family-owned and everyone there is so kind. Don't forget to try the banana or zucchini bread.
