I wasn’t hungry when we first ordered, but I really wanted to try every single thing on the menu, but only ordered a soul detox drink. It was absolutely delicious, not that sweet. It did come with too much ice however, so there was less of a drink than I expected. All of the menu items sounded absolutely delicious, and very creative. They had quite a few interesting drinks, and food items that caught my attention. Also, I love the decor, particularly the swings that customers could sit on.

Overpriced smoothie, not great. Come here to work while in the area. Wifi didn’t work. No fix was given. An ant crawled across my foot while sitting by the fireplace. Floors dirty, counters dirty. Only compliment is that the staff were friendly.

I work in the North Loop and my friend and I wandered in on their opening day to check it out and we instantly fell in love with this place! Already we want to make this our regular coffee shop. Their fair themed vintage decor is perfectly playful and not over the top and their staff couldn't be friendlier. They made great recommendations and let us sample some things before deciding on our order.

Their selection of coffee and tea is excellent and if you're a fan of Kombucha they have an incredible one on tap right now that was brewed with wine which makes for one tasty glass of 'buch!

I haven't tried their food yet but if it's anything like their beverages I'm sure it won't disappoint. I'll be back very soon!

It was wonderful and unexpected, they were doing final training the day before their grand opening. It is Friday the 13th, and I stumbled across the place on my way back from My Jeweler. It originated in Chicago, with another storefront in Milwaukee, and Los Angeles. The place is absolutely Immaculate brand new and though people are brand new working there well trained well organized. I'm excited about this place. They have a new and unique way of Brewing each cup of coffee individually. I'll have to check out the photos. But they have a cafe bar station for Gravity drip and a custom grinder. They serve food. They serve kombucha, and tea brand and exotic. I just happen to be in the right place at the right time in order to get a free cup of coffee, on their Training Day, and an opportunity to take photos in its most pristine state. Just check out all the eye candy!

The indoor decor was the best. Swings by the counter, light bulbs that were flasks and cozy couches by a fireplace and television. This was a super cozy and chic coffee shop/cafe and the coffee and smoothies were amazing!

The coffee is great in this place they deal with different roasters don't stick you with one roaster you can actually get something that you want instead of them telling you oh you have to have medium roast or light roast because that's all we do.
So the coffee here will really be what you want whether it is light roast or dark.

Yes, it’s a coffee house. But also serves well made small meals (we had lox and bagels, and avocado toast). And a variety of teas. And delicious pastries. And other stuff.

It’s cafeteria style ordering but on the day we were there an attentive waitress stopped by our table, saw the order number, said, “What are you waiting for?” (It was a busy day and they were a little behind); my wife told her and she ran off, returning in a short minute with our dishes. All the staff were polite and helpful.

This is going to be a huge North Loop hit.

Swings, espresso and matcha bar, & healthy delicious food-- what's not to love?! This place has an awesome vibe in North Loop. This time, we tried the Metropolis coffee from the Brew Bar, an iced caramel latte, avocado toast, and the Nutella banana toast. The avocado toast isn't the best I've ever had, but it's definitely worth trying once because who doesn't love avocado toast?? If you are looking to take the perfect artsy Instagram shot, this is your place. They also have self serve Healing Ayurvedic copper drinking cups to put in still or sparkling water-- something you don't get at a lot of places. This place isn't cheap though. The avocado toast comes in around $9 and when you add a drink or other food it starts to add up. Definitely worth trying at least once though! Come here to get some studying done or meet up for a coffee date.

Tried out Fairgrounds on a rare weekday off work, and I was very impressed. The right mix of trendy, greenery, and vintage decor some shops go way over the top with. Fairgrounds is a refreshing spot. My coffee was delicious, and their vegan breakfast sandwich tasted fresh and incredible. Something that is worth going back for for sure. My only complaints was that the wifi was very slow, and the lack of electrical outlets In the space means that this isn’t really the kind of place you can setup shop and get work done for long periods of time. However with the delicious menu items and great decor (including the vintage Grateful Dead posters) you’re better off to bring a book or a friend and enjoy the company and conversation in the awesome space around you.

Bustling vibrant spot. Wheelchair accessible but I little snug. The funnel cake fries with chocolate dip and roast beef sandwich are decent. A bit too busy/loud for the reading I wanted to do but I enjoyed the music. I’d suggest this place to go with friends.
