What can I say? I have never had a bad experience here and the staff are always so nice to me. The food is wonderful and the coffee beverages, in my humblest opinion, are much better than that of some of the corporate coffee shops I have encountered. You go Diamond's! Keep up the good work!

I love going here and just hanging out. The Decor is just cool and the staff are fairly friendly. Reasonable Prices and a great place to relax. The sandwiches are great!

Not a chain. Good, tasty light roast coffee, my favorite, and dark roast too. Take a look at the artwork while you're there. It's always changing. You can also get a muffin, cookie or order some hot food. I just stop by for coffee. Street parking / parking lot.

Kind of warm inside which is welcome part of the year and the other part it doesn't matter because you are dressed for warm.

The food is pretty good at a good price.

I'm only reviewing in response to other negative reviews. Id like to clear up the whole only plastic issue. I have in front of me a GLASS of chai tea and the guy in front of me has a glass bowl. My husband has a mug of coffee. In fact, I see no plastic at all. Also, its not dirty! It's not immaculate, but its not supposed to seem that way. It's eclectic, cozy and full of character AND The art on the walls is done by a local artist. If you want perfection go to Starbucks. I love it here! I come here to just hangout all the time. I have a picture of my GLASS. of chai and the guys GLASS bowl.

Oh and its actually open until 10pm:)

Classic NE neighborhood spot with unique interior that's great for getting work done. However, service and coffee lack in speed and quality. Be sure to check it out when you're in the area!

Lovely little place with good coffee and good lunch options.

Ran in for a quick cappuccino to go, and the staff were very friendly and made some solid recommendations on making my capp sweetened cubano style. Good brew and nice people.
