I love coffee-ing at this location! There staff are super friendly and helpful. The drinks Alysia come out as you expect. This is my go to spot downtown.

Always friendly staff, and great coffees. I actually prefer this to Starbucks, I just wish that the eats were not sized for elves 🙄. Oh well I guess nothing's perfect, but the coffee.

I’ve been going to this Caribou for a while and I think I finally want to stop going to this one. I will walk extra blocks to get to the other one for now on. There was a lady that was on her phone on the job. She never greeted me and said what do you want before I even wanted to check in. She basically was slamming everything and when she gave me my drink. She never gave me the straw and said have a nice day. This was yesterday night. I tried to call about it this morning and no one even answer. I never thought that this would be something I would’ve dealt with since the location was something I kept in mind. But I’m pretty much going to now tell my friends I rather go to the one on Nicollet before coming here.

I get a break from work and go to Lunds for dinner and coffee. This Caribou advertises that it's open till 9pm, however they are often closed by 8:30pm. Either change your website or serve customers till 9pm.

Inside a grocery store so they don't have the full menu. Waste of time coming here. They should show its in a store online.
