Lady with maroon dyed hair is SUPER rude. Treats people like they are bothering her. Associates are too busy talking to each other to talk to customers. I don’t expect much from gas station employees, but I won’t be stopping at this gas station anymore.
The check out guy was rude....they had 2 check outs 1 was checking other can't even tell you what other person was doing. He asked if I'd gotten gas I said I pd at the pump he wanted to know which pump. I'd moved my car to use the restroom and buy something. I told him I didn't know the number he asked how much gas was I said I didn't look just pd for it. He said they should ban me from the store. I hasn't answered rude. Or, anything , had to to use the bathroom I was in a hurry. Like I said the guy was rude....I never go there anyways and at 4.62 a gallon for gas it's not a hot spot anyways..
I got gas at the Lindstrom Holiday today, Ben the cashier didn't know how to give me a 10 cent per gallon discount with my phone coupon without being able to scan a code. Most other employees at this store and other stores know how to honor a phone discount coupon without having to scan it!
More worried about selling coffee as the ad for it was blocking the warnings on the pump about unleaded 88. To many distractions at the pump via music playing, videos playing, trying to figure out which gas is just "regular unleaded". The signs for sales advertisements we're blocking the warning labels for Flex Fuel Only and the Orange Sticker warnings. I grabbed the wrong handle and filled my tank the wrong gas, had to call a mechanic to pump it out the tank who luckily knew what he was doing and didn't gauge me for $400. How about instead of asking me questions on the screen trying to up-sell a car wash, you could have alerted me to the fact and verified I knew I was about to fill my car up with Flex Fuel. Anyone not using a Flex Fuel car would just think unleaded 88 is one of you goofy brand names as your Superpower this and Superpower that Blue plant bs is really kind of confusing. These things used to be simple.
Called this Holiday at 7PM today and asked them if they could make me 2 of the pretzels that I would pick up. They told me they were done cooking for the day. WOW what great customer service to turn down a guaranteed food sale. Just another reason I will drive out of my way to find a Kwik Trip.
Great store, one of the managers (red shirt, blonde, grumpy lookin dude) is a mouth breather though. Their works carwash did an unsatisfactory job, and when I asked for a rewash he not only questioned me with an attitude, he also gave me a wash $4.00 less in value than the one I paid for. Now I have to go to Kwik trip (where I should have gone to in the first place) They actually upgrade you to the ultimate wash if you aren't happy, even if you had the basic. They NEVER question you either. Customer service is EVERYTHING.
Washer fluid buckets are usually empty, restroom is always a mess. I am 100% shocked you guys have not been sued time and time again for the ledge or let’s call it a drop off on the sidewalk going in the enter door that is always filled up with 2 inches of water when it’s raining and some elderly person is going to break their hip on that thing real soon, guaranteed!! so people please be careful entering that store as your body will pay the price if you missed that step and don’t think they’re going to fix it anytime soon as it’s been the same exact way for the past at least 10 years!! Then to top it off you guys carding elderly people for their cigarettes when the guy said he was born in 1942 and the lady snatched back his ciggies and told him he needed his ID for them!!! It was holidays policy that you reserved the right to card anybody under the age of 40 years old and since this has been brought up to your attention all of the sudden all the signs that were on your counter and hanging above by the cigarettes and all over the place have been removed when your store policy is still the same!! You have a few employees there and one male assistant manager that need total attitude adjustments. After seeing how the older gentleman was treated and just the lack of respect from the employees I will be heading to Casey’s or Quiktrip from now on!
On vacation and stopped in got gas and smokes. I believe the guys name was Aaron. He was great. We told a few jokes and I left. If I lived there I’d be in everyday.
I used to really like this holiday. But the last 6 months it has gone totally down hill. Garbage on the floor, messy and except for the morning breakfast sandwiches there is hardly ever any hot food available. Employees ignoring customers and goofing off. The new management and staff apparently don't care about the store or their customers.
