Our family of four was quite pleased with our dinner here. Burgers were excellent. I had a pork loin with chutney that was well worth the drive. Real mashed potatoes were a treat. Wife had the roast beef sandwich which tasted great but more than she could finish. Chicken pot pie was also very good (but didn't quite fill my ravenous son up). House root beer was very mellow and served in chilled mugs although it didn't have as strong a flavor as I prefer. All in all a very nice experience. You get a very good value for your dollar here (unlike some other places in Lanesboro).

Busy local cafe. Fish tacos and chicken pot pie were very good. They were able to feed the allergic-to-everything teen a hamburger on a gluten-free bun that was cooked well and delicious. No fries due to cross-contamination risk but the burger was a win.

I'd say this friendly cafe is a happy, delicious surprise! Located in Lanesborough, we ate here before enjoying the Commonweal Theatre's play. The menu has a wonderful variety of options and each person in our group was more than pleased with selected dish. Staff are all-trained: courteous, accommodating & informative about menu details including if/how a dish can be modified to suit one's dietary needs. Multiple, homemade dessert offerings made it difficult to choose. When in the area, eat here; you'll be glad you did!

These folks know how to push amazing grub. Cauliflower cheese bread appetizer was stellar. The pulled pork sandwich was the bomb and coleslaw a great topper. Surprisingly great California white wine. Staff super nice and attentive. Would definitely go back.

The blackened chicken grain bowl was to die for! Every other thing I've had here was delicious as well. I am never disappointed except I'd like to say the portions could be bigger for the price.

Excellent food, great flavor. It isn't a huge menu, but has something for everyone. The prices are reasonable, and the decor is farm sheik. I would recommend , and will be back. One note, it is usually pretty busy. Expect to wait. Once seated service is prompt and friendly.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Beautiful place. Gave it 4 stars because we were almost kidnapped and flown out the door by hundreds of rabid flies, who wanted my food just as badly as I did.

Great food in a great setting. Friendly staff, in fact, the same staff seem to rotate between several locations around the beautiful town of Lansboro. This place seems to be busy during any time it is open. While we were there, a bus full of senior citizens on a fall color tour stopped by and about 60 seniors were quickly and effortlessly accommodated amongst those of us all ready dining.

Probably the best price in town to eat.
The brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had...but they still are brussel sprouts. Lol

This restaurant has great local product foods of all different types. I have visited a few times now. It has always been fresh local cuisine with a nice twist. This current visit I had some blackened fish tacos. They were absolutely wonderful.
