Dunn Brothers Coffee

Absolutely the best cup of coffee around.
Employees could use new uniforms or at least a refresher on the dress-code standard (assuming one exists). When I visited, the theme seemed to be, "wear whatever you want". Between the huge ugly gaping ear-circle things, bull-ring nose piercings, and dread locks, at least I got a "You're welcome" from the person wearing a random screen-printed dirty white T-shirt at the drive-through. Other places, I'm usually lucky to get a "yep" out of them when I thank them for preparing and handing me my order.

Zero complaints. Good drinks, good food, nice staff. It's cute and warm-feeling. It's an ideal spot for wanting to have a nice little break.

Super fast service but I kindly asked if they have blonde espresso because yes ,I do know Starbucks does but so do other local smaller coffee shops, and I tend to enjoy is more that the darker roasted taste. Anyways the girl then replied “nope, we try to as little as Starbucks as possible”, I just felt this to be a little rude of a reply as I do work at a Starbucks, not taking it personal but she certainly did not need to reply with such an attitude. Felt unprofessional as I would never call out other coffee shops as she did. Made my experience awkward and un welcomed. Coffee tasted great and no complaints with anything else!

Very smooth flavorful cup of coffee. They roast their beans in store. We had breakfast sandwiches which were tasty but a little pricey.

ordered through doordash & made a note for my coffee since i’m SUPER lactose intolerant. got a call from Samantha asking about adjusting my order because i didn’t know the egg sandwiches had heavy cream in them. it was a small thing but i appreciated it SO much!! saved me from suffering the rest of my day! service is beyond what i would expect & i love knowing they have workers like her there!

I've always been partial to Dunn Bros coffee shops, but this new location in Lakeville has won me over as my new favorite place to meet for coffee. This is because of the ownership and staff that has always greeted me with a big smile and genuine warmth of spirit as they work hard to earn my patronage and they have. Great coffee, good food, BEST Service!

Came in on 11/24/2020 approximately at 8:10am to pick up an order for DoorDash. I understand the store may have been busy and/or backed up on orders but I shouldn't have spent 15 minutes waiting on four drinks.

I wasn't even greeted as soon as I came into the store. Perhaps, I should have announced myself but I do believe one of the workers have to welcome you. The workers placed a few orders on the pick-up counter and assumed they may have been for me but nope. (So no one even asked me who I'm picking up for in the first place).

Later on or too later on, I noticed the four drinks were completed but weren't given to me right away. One of the workers just set it on the counter by her coworker. She could have just given it to me herself right? I may or may not care about right or wrong, I've never dealt with this issue at this location before but the workers on this shift may need to improve their skills on customer service.

We just had coffee with friends we hadn't seen since the pandemic started. It was mid-afternoon and very empty, a good safe quiet spot to have conversations.

We ordered 2 coffees and 2 “egg sandwiches”. We were told they only had English muffins and multigrain bread. Fine. We will have bread. We received the most awful breakfast sandwiches I have ever seen. Very small for a $6 sandwich with burnt, microwaved eggs on it. I will post a picture so you can see. I have had sandwiches from Dunn bro’s in the past-this is not even close to my previous experience. Do better.
