I stopped for coffee. The coffee was very good, and the prices were fair. The service was also excellent. What I really liked the most, was the atmosphere and the friendliness of all the patrons. It is clear that there are a lot of returning customers. From what I could tell, the food was really good and the prices are fair. The indoor and outdoor seating is very comfortable.

Good coffee, good food, friendly service. No one needs more than that. Bring cash, as they don't accept credit cards or checks.

Pros: cute, friendly, clean, fast, good variety for non-coffee drinkers, clearly popular place for locals
Cons: espresso is not good (both the bean and the brew were a problem), mocha is made from powder mix (you can see the remnants in the bottom of my cup), they don't know traditional coffee house beverages (breves, miels, macchiatos, etc.)
Neutral: Cash only - no ATM on site

A very nice coffee shop and the coolest place to stop for miles. The sandwiches are really good and it’s cool that they serve such a large menu. Would definitely recommend

Service is always friendly! They always have fun seasonal offerings as well. Cute interior & ample outdoor area for the warmer seasons. Drive thru can be a bit slow, but honestly it's worth the wait. Prices are competitive but cheaper than a few other local coffee shops as well.

This small cafe feels very homey and the baristas are kind. The coffee was great and for such a small place, they offer a lot of options for lunch - at a fair price.

Cash Only. Open through lunch time. I've always had good food here. Nice little place for a sandwich and beverage.

Menu had "deli" sandwiches and were offered as a half or whole. Call me old school. I think of half a deli sandwich, I think it's going to be about 6 inches of Italian or French bread. You know what they say about assuming. A half of a turkey with cheddar was $4+, a whole was $7+, reinforcing my assumption. What I got was 1 slice of whole grain bread, cut in half, 1 slice of turkey, a slice of mild cheddar, plenty of different greens and tomato. So yes, I got half a sandwich. Others I was with had panini sandwiches that were double the size I had. Had it been a normal half a deli sandwich it would have been thin but it probably would have made a dent in my hunger. Think of a sandwich made on 1 slice of white bread. That sure is not much. Disappointing.

This was a surprise to find on the way to the Owl Center.

Great food, coffee, tea, chillers, and smoothies. Sweet place to stop in Houston, MN.
