Dunn Brothers Coffee

I love lavender coffee, so this made my day! The employees were so happy and helpful.

Love their iced vanilla Nirvana. I go their at least three sometimes a week! Sometimes four.

This was a great place to unwind and have an excellent coffee!!

Super disappointing, Dunn Bros. I’m a huge DB fan, but I won’t be back to the Hastings location. We waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. This was one of the most disorganized drive thru experiences I’ve ever seen. Barista was so busy and distracted she couldn’t get the order right. Made the wrong drink. Asked three times what the drink should be. Repeated ingredients I didn’t order. What a mess. Drove off without a coffee or breakfast. What a waste of time. This is not what I’ve come to expect from DB.

Being a former employee when I was in high school, as well as a recurring customer for several years... I feel that the Hastings Dunn Brothers has been on a downward trend for the last year or two. Customer service has become more dry, the drinks are less consistent and sometimes taste foul. The brewed coffee is often allowed to sit two or three times longer than it should before being refreshed. Trash cans are overflowing about half the time. Dunn Brothers has a lot of potential but they seem to be understaffed constantly. I hope to see a bounce back in the months to come. Just put an extra person on shift and review menu items to see if they actually taste good!

It's a warm and inviting space -- tin ceilings, some upholstered furniture, and lots of tables. A great place to get some work done. Can get noisy when the coffee grinder is running

This is absolutely the WORST Dunn Bros I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot of Dunn Bros). They have the slooooowest staff I have ever experienced. Today, Saturday night, no other customers- it took them 7 minutes to hand me my latte AND they messed my drink up. They never greet a person at the drive up window until the drink is ready; so you just sit there oddly waiting (which is a good thing at this point because I've had to pull away too many times waiting for my/our drink(s). If I had another option in this one horse town, Id take it. Most days I drive up to CG to get a decent coffee instead. Ps. never not one time have I arrived here this fall and asked for an apple pastry and they have had one - they have been out every single time, no matter the time of day. Horrible service, horrible execution, horrible experiences.

Great atmosphere, lovely little fireplace and games for children to play. The coffee drinks are made well, not sugary liquid in a cup like Starbucks. Great place to relax.

My favorite! Best service and best coffee in Hastings! The iced coffee is my fave. Always greeted with a warm smile and kindness, a great place to get to know those who are making it happen in Hastings!
