We have been loyal Caribou customers since Caribou came to Hastings. We spend a minimum of $12 - FOR COFFEE - almost every day. One of the reasons we have been loyal is because our dogs look forward to a trip to Caribou so they can get a treat. One simple dog treat has generated thousands of dollars in sales from our household alone. We have remained loyal even when Caribou’s hours have been unpredictable due to Covid and coverage challenges and have defended them when it seems as though the community has not. But no more. A couple of weeks ago Caribou stopped giving dog treats but still gave out Pup Cups. Okay, still a “reward” for our loyalty. But just today, we went through the drive through and were told “we no longer will be doing dog treats” and with that, the window was slammed shut. Message received. No more dog treats. Cool. But in turn, we too are done with this Caribou. This may seem like a petty reason to be done with this coffee shop but it has been a fun part of our daily routine for years. Such a short-sighted decision on this local Caribou’s part will result in hundreds of dollars of lost revenue. There are plenty of other local coffee shops that will love our business. Time to check them out!

Not expecting wait . Yes large order Nd did not call ahead as I will in future. I guess hearing all large orders we must be ordered in advance from a teammate not helping me was like being scolded. But hay good new I pas many the same coffee shops every day . I will try another..for sure orer in advance

The coffee is always good. However, their customer service and speed is terrible. I understand that the mornings are one of the busiest times of the day, however I do not enjoy waiting at the window for five minutes before they finally decide to take my payment even before my coffee is ready. I would be more u derstanding if they were all busy doing something but 9 times out of 10 the cashier is just standing around chit chatting or staring off into space. People come to get coffee on their way to work...I live down the road, and get there minimally fifteen minutes before I have to leave for work, and so don’t enjoy leaving late for work some days because people don’t know how to do their jobs. I don’t know who’s in charge of these employees currently, but this was never a problem until about 6 months or so ago. If I passed another Caribou location on my way to work, I would not use this location. And don’t get me started on how they deceive the perks redemption. That’s another story in itself, and when I called to let them know what happened, they weren’t very friendly. Not happy with this location at all. Get a new manager in there and some new employees who actually want to work and be friendly.

Within the last 2 weeks we've came here to the drive thru. We ordered the turkey, bacon, Swiss spinach sandwiches..which this week apparently they were discontinued...It was cold in the middle..not heated. The service has gone downhill in just a matter of a month. We will be going to a different location.

They definitely have an A team and B team, so sometimes I end up with dirt milk and others it’s the best drink I’ve ever had at caribou. Having previously been a barista for a caribou, I hold them to a higher standard. Very thankful to have a Caribou in Hastings, so A team please keep up the amazing work!!

One star because this store has disabled the "order ahead" feature. This feature has been down since Friday; I have checked surrounding locations via the app, and all the other locations do offer "order ahead" - but not Hastings. Really frustrating!

3 out of 4 visits to this locations resulted in a 10+ min wait for a med-lg espresso with 3 raw sugars. Both times at the short drive through were 10min, and one of the times going inside was 11min. Coffee tasted good, but if you’re in a hurry, pick a different location!

Very friendly staff. I came in a little after 6pm and received exceptional service. Very neat, very clean and organized. I am definitely returning to this one!!
