Caribou Coffee

I usually try not to post bad reviews because I know how hard it is to staff but it doesn’t give staff the right to be rude and just not care.
It was my first time at this location and was greeted by Breanne. She didn’t look at me and just asked if I was picking up a pick order. I said no and she was just rude and smirking. No idea what I did besides wanting to come in for a coffee. She took my order and turned around and walked away. Again no reason other than she was bothered to work.

Ordered Caribou every time I have been loyal to 3 things: mint condition, chai tea latte and ice matcha latte! Always delicious!

I have only ordered drinks here no food but I love the fact that they make a treat for the dog for no cost on top of your order if asked my dog loves it and the drink was pretty good just wish I could afford to do it more often

So friendly and speedy. There is no sit-in space, it is mainly a drive-thru establishment.

Quick service! It is so nice having a Caribou on the north side of town!
