Wonderful service and food portions are huge and delicious!

I ordered the meatloaf dinner. A comfort food classic. Food quality was average at best. Gravy was not good. Meatloaf was not good. Mashed potatoes were good. When I got the bill my fault for not checking before ordering but cost over $20 for what I found to be a subpar meal

The food here is so good! Service was super fast and everyone was so friendly! Such a nice, calm atmosphere. Will definitely be back and recommend!

We eat here every Sunday or bi-weekly as an extended family. it's our GO TO breakfast place. After today's experience, im gonna rethink that. I went in alone on Tuesday, but there was no issue. Today, I was picking up some bakery items I ordered, I asked if I could sit at the bar and have a coffee (latte) . Unfortunately, voices carried out when the hostess informed the waitress that she seated me. She stated, " were not a coffee house," and she should go somewhere else.

Wow.... considering coffee is as much as some breakfast items, and i was picking up $25 inbakery items... I would think I could sit there for 10 minutes. When there were NO other customers.

BAD BUSINESS to a really good customer.

Todays experience was enough to not go back. Turkey dinner came barely warm, Not Hot. Standing water beneath the turkey and potatoes. After three bites was enough to say no. Waitress microwaved my plate 30 sec and it really didn't make a difference. The burger and fries ordered werr terrible too. Fries were cold and more soggy than crispy. Burger was cold and dried out. Waitress made excuses for the kitchen and everything was referred to as our food is kept on steamers and should be hot. We paid for our drinks and left a $6 tip on our $9 bill. We did not pay for our food and the kitchen and lack of cleanliness really left an impression with us with having future plans to meet friends in two weeks at Keys for dinner at Forest Lake and our gifting a catered lunch from a different Keys location to a local business are now off the table and webwill go somewhere else for a better experience and quality of food. The young manager seemed disconnected to our complaints and really didn't do anything to make a mends and retain our comeback business. Food does have a required temperature and shelf life according to food service licensing and inspections. The other remarks are floors were dirty with spilled food. No one bothered to sweep in down time and our beer wine card on the table was dirty and sticky. It was not clean. We were there at 6 pm and they were not busy.

Food was good. I thought the portions were larger than need be. I have a good appetite and could not come close to finishing. Service was great, atmosphere was nice.

The food was very good. I was not impressed with our waitresses. She did not state her name and the first thing she said was complaining about not having destinated areas. She asked my wife if she wanted coffee and then assumed we both would just have water. Then complained about the weather forecast. I didn't come here to have a negative atmosphere.

The omelet selection is odd to say the least. But they had a build your own option for $15 that approximated a Denver. I thought the cheese was unnatural. My wife's eggs benidict did not rate in her top 20.

Had a great time. I ordered biscuits and sausage gravy., really good and homemade.

Wanna start by saying that I am a big Key's fan... they have branches throughout the city. As far as this one goes I have been disappointed more than I care to mention. It's just the level of execution of thier recipees, could be carelessness or lack of perfection that I have come to expect from this chain. Don't take me wrong staff is ok. And besides a few times here and there, they have been very satisfactory. The food itself is a mix bag of surprises... A "hit or miss" as one would put it, For instance, three beef dinner plates one had mostly all fat, the other about quarter the amount meat and the third was perfect... Ordered clam chowder one day it is super good, next day it's runny and cold. So, I am at a lost... and being the most convenient Key's for me; I avoid going there unless convenience overcomes hesitation.
