Coborn's Grocery Store Elk River

We've been ordering our cakes from this location for years and they do not disappoint! The latest was the best - I said it was for an adult male who loved Halloween, werewolves and the color orange. The cake I picked up today was perfect! Great job guys

The employees for the most part seem happy to be there.
The other day we were in the mood for Fried chicken and decided on Coborn’s eight piece box from the Deli department.
After throwing it in the garbage can I called the store and suggested they do the same with the rest of the chicken that was currently for sale in their case.
I was assured that the manager would return my call on Monday after looking into the matter.
I will give him a little credit, he called.
His attitude, not so much.
Just one more lost customer.

My wife votes for Coborn's cakes to be the best birthday cakes anywhere. No other cake will do!!!

Some items in the store have increased three times in price in less than one year, doesn't seem right to me no matter how you look at it, produce is picked green and by the time we get it and wait for it to ripen it doesn't have as much flavor as produce did years ago

Just wanted to let you know that if you're going to prevent me from using a self checkout you might want to staff cashiers so your customers don't have to wait over ten minutes in line. I noticed that the cash drawers had notes reminding the cashier to face their bills, not to provide quick efficient service, interesting priorities to be sure. Only leaving 3 stars because they carry some specialty products that are hard to find elsewhere.

Loved the new Elk River store; it was going to be my new "go to" place for groceries. Then I came to the checkouts. Only one of the self-checkouts was working. I used a cashier lane which was backed up, seemingly in part because the cashier had to cut coupons out for the customer. When it was my turn, we couldn't hear each other and I had to keep asking her to repeat. I know this is a settling in period for a new store and really hope that changes will be made to add more self-service checkouts both for health reasons and because it's a lot quicker.

My husband goes here often. They have a nice deli selection. Caribou indoors is a plus!

This is a beautiful store. Very clean, excellent selection. Have used the pharmacy, very gentle and compassionate. It is our preferred grocery.
