Great Harvest Bread Co.

Duluth’s Great Harvest is, by far, the greatest of them all. The bread is amazing! It puts the other Great Harvest bread companies to shame. I drive two hours to stock up on rounds of Dakota bread. Absolutely delicious!! The sandwiches are amazing too as is all the bread and the owners are wonderful! Beautiful clean store. It’s my favorite place to go while I’m in Duluth. Don’t pass it by.

Cinnamon Burst bread makes absolutely excellent French Toast!

I love the panini sandwiches here so stopped for lunch. The host took my order and payment and then told me there might be a little bit of a wait. I checked back after 15 minutes of waiting to find out the real reason for the wait was one if the grills wasnt working. They told me it'd be only a few more minutes. I had to get going as I only had 40 minutes for lunch. I waited a full 30 minutes to get my sandwich and didn't have time to even eat it by the time I finally got it.

I’ve been shopping here for years, and it’s excellent food with excellent service!
Even if there’s a snafu with your order, which over the past 20 years happened once or twice, they go out of their way to make it right. Immediately they make it right, with compassion and joy.

Great atmosphere, and amazing bread! I had some hot chocolate this time while visiting and it was the best hot chocolate I have ever had. I would recommend if you are going to get a hot drink.

The bread here is so addictive. The rotating bread menu has me coming back several times a week, and since I moved here I have a 2 loaf a week habit. I could never quit carbs mainly because of this place.

Amazing sandwiches and cookies!! Yum!

When we arrived at this bakery, it was an hour or so before closing. They had samples out of their cinnamon scones. I am really not a scone person, but these were DELISH! We had to get them. We didn't really get to try much else, so I can't comment on the bread or cookies. But if the scones are indicative of the freshness and taste, I would definitely recommend this place compared to the other bakeries around.

Great baked goods! Really good coffee and sandwiches, and fantastic people. A wonderful local establishment. I enjoy grabbing a cup of coffee and baked good, then walking down to Lief Erickson park to enjoy it and walk it off.

This is the greatest bread I’ve ever had. The bread has enough flavor in itself, no need for anything else. Highly recommend this place
