Caribou Coffee

Love these bagels! I've grabbed a baker's dozen and some schmear for work and the last time we went camping. Always, they are a huge hit. The bagels stayed fresh for a couple days in baggies while we were camping. The Caribou is great too. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'll be back again this week. 🤗

Great coffee shop with beautiful lakeside views. Fabulous bagel sandwiches and Caribou always has yummy drinks. The only downside is a few staff members as some are pretty obnoxious which makes a longer visit pretty difficult to sit through. During my most recent visit, the barista was whistling so loudly over the music for the solid hour I was there that I couldn't enjoy the ambiance.

Love love love this place! During the fall ask for a hot apple blast but iced!! It's sooooooo good!

Not the best experience. Coffee was cold, and the bagles for the egg sandwiches must have been touching the cinnamon sugar bagels. Service was fast though.

Can caribou please take some time to properly train their employees. Their coffee tastes a day old 70% of the time and several times I’ve ordered coffee and they give me skim instead of 2%. I didn’t ask for a drink that tastes like the la croix of coffee. Sometimes their coffee is passable but lately it’s been really bad. The only reason I’m not giving a lower number of stars is because I know it’s not the employees fault and the Einstein’s part of their cafe does have good food. Their coffee really needs some work though.

The place is nice, I ordered a somewhat complicated breakfast sandwich (sorry!) and the cashier was great about it. The food came out fast but was made without care. Overall experience wasn’t bad though

I feel terrible but I won't go back. I have visited this site many times, felt welcome, could always buy the bagles I wanted. I went yesterday (10/10/20). Very few bagles left, and doughnuts? At a bagel shop? I moved here from NY. I repeat doughnuts at a bagel shop? I passed by Panera's to go there. Never again. I am not saying Panera's I am not saying Panera's is a bagel shop but I can always purchase the bagels I want. If I truly need to I can also go to I (heart symbol) NY bageis in Superior WI. So no I will never go to this establishment again even if their products were free.

Good place for a routine coffee stop. Decent bagel choices, and fun daily trivia. The mobile app leaves a bit to be desired, but not enough to stop going to the store

Bagels are good, the coffee is subpar compared to places that get higher quality beans and use legitimate espresso machines. But good customer service and a cozy atmosphere. (go to yellow bike coffee over this though... Protip)

Open only 6am-12pm on a Saturday? Maybe you should fix your hours online and take down the huge open sign then. Watched at least 6 other cars try to go through your drive thru In the 2 minutes it took to sit and find another location, missing a lot of business. Won’t be trying this location again.
