The place was busy, and we were kind of crammed into a small space. If you are lucky enough to get seated in the back room, you'll have a better seating arrangement than we did. Know that this menu does not have many traditional dishes. Our server was fantastic.

This has become a favorite stop on our way up to Two Harbors. The food is outstanding. Waitstaff were helpful, it was on the chilly side in the dining room when we were there. It WAS extremely cold outside and we are aware that heating costs are up. But it was the one thing that made the experience less than perfect. We will return.

Good food, good service, but expensive. Worth it, though, for the sparsely populated deck and the polite but firm insistence on their mask policy and the law 😁😷. I have no tolerance for tolerant mask policies, a lenience seen still too often. Photos are the Thai Curry with an Indeed Imperial Stout (served too cold, but delicious 20 minutes later) followed by the raspberry chocolate cake. My wife photo-bombed her grilled cheese in one of the photos.

Wanted to try Sara's Table, it was highly recommended. Called ahead, and was told to reserve a table or add name to wait list online. We tried and the website said no reservations taken at this time. Which I believe meant short wait times.
Arrived 5 mins later and had to wait 25 mins. for table of 4. Interesting variety on Menu. Would like to try more of the options. Had a Rachel sandwich, it was just ok. Wasn't a fan of the sauce.

Totally used to be a solid options in Duluth, especially for people with dietary restrictions. Went today, was served room temperature pancakes, never had coffee refilled at our table, and was not given an item I ordered. I did eventually ask about my missing item and definitely felt that I was being a nuisance. Muffins ordered to go had a best by sticker for the day before and were dry.

Great service, good coffee, and amazing food. What more can you ask for? I enjoy having brunch here every time I visit Duluth. One of the few breakfast places that also serve alcohol. Pictured below is a smoked salmon omelet.

Sara's Table is a repurposed IGA store. The tables and benches were made from the former floor boards. The atmosphere is cozy with a seating area with fireplace just as you come in. The food. However, is not consistently good, but it is fresh mostly organic and healthy. Some menu items have disappeared from the menu that we liked. The fruit shakes are always good. I would rate this as an upper end place in terms of price. Plenty of parking in lot and located in residential area near the UMD campus, but not a hang out for college students.

Excellent brunch. Crowded restaurant for Mother's Day with friendly, prompt service. Especially loved frequent coffee fill ups as we went early to avoid lines dueo reservations.

Sara’s table is fantastic! Food is clean, service is prompt, attentive & kind. Addison was great! Highly recommend the breakfast burrito. Enjoy google community.

We came at a very ambiguous time (2:30pm), but were still surprised with the lack of service. When we came in, the sign told us to seat ourselves--which we did. However, none of the staff greeted us or said "hello."

We made our way outside, as it was gorgeous outside. We got our menus and proceeded to order. Our daughter had the Mac and cheese, my wife had the carrot and pistachio salad, and I had the Korean BBQ tacos. Overall, the food was really good, and we were very surprised by the quality and freshness of the ingredients--especially the lettuce used for the salad. The beef was very tender, but the marinade is definitely more Americanized (heavier on the soy side). The Mac and cheese was actually really good--it wasn't the typical Kraft's microwaveable product.

When we left, no one greeted us or said "good bye." We just simply left, and the staff seemed that they couldn't be happier. AJ was our server, and took care of us. He was alright with taking care of us during the meal, but before and after, was very disappointing.

The food itself, definitely 5/5. The service, 2/5, which is why I am giving 3 stars. Hopefully, this was because we went at a bad time (during their break/meal/recovery time).
